Let me begin by listing the only positives I have: the front desk staff, assistants, and hygienist are all very kind and comforting. I am almost hesitant to write this review as I do not want it to negatively effect them.

I’ve only been visiting DVD since July and have seen 3 separate dentists in only a handful of visits. I received two fillings in both sides of my mouth approximately one month ago. Despite the amount of time since my fillings, I still cannot chew anything aside from gummy soft food on my left side. Both sides of my mouth are so extremely temperature sensitive that I cannot even swish water in my mouth or eat a salad. During my most recent visit, I expressed my frustrations about STILL not being able to chew or eat properly. The dentist, who has never introduced himself to me despite me sitting in his chair 3 times, was extremely dismissive of my feelings, provided no amount of consolation, and has made me regret ever visiting this establishment in the first place. The man is completely lacking of any bedside manner. I am feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated since this was my first dental visit/experience in 4 years. As a kid, I was even excited to go to the dentist and haven’t had any amount of dental anxiety in my entire life and I certainly have never left a dental office in tears before today. Needless to say, I don’t think I will be returning. I would rather pay another dentist to fix their mistake than step foot in that building again.

I needed emergency work on one of my teeth. I called and they got me in immediately. It was fast and I had great experience. Dr. Goodman and her staff did an amazing job :)

Too Notch!

Really unprofessional, and I haven't even actually made it to an appointment yet!

Called to schedule a new patient appointment about a month ago and whomever was making the appointment acted like it was an inconvenience that I even called. They kept on asking me to hold on while yelling to someone else in the office about me and basic intake information. Okay, maybe they're new, I get that. But definitely started in a poor place - zero customer service skills, and the entire conversation just rubbed me the wrong way.

My appointment was supposed to be tomorrow. I received a call, email and text this week all to confirm my appointment - great, thank you for the reminder, see you then. Then I receive a call that they don't have a doctor tomorrow, so they'll need to reschedule. What? I ask if there was an emergency or something to cause the last minute change? Nope, they just don't have doctors on Thursdays in July. Again, what? Then why schedule an appointment? Why confirm that appointment 3 times via 3 different mediums?

Okay, when can I get in?

Ummm, idk, let me bring up the schedule.

No, that's okay. Cancel my appointment. I'll go somewhere else.

Great service! Dr. Monica is awesome and has the best bedside manor! Will continue to visit this dental office indefinitely for the foreseeable future! Justine is also very helpful and considerate!

Went a third time and Dr. Saldana took care of me once again! If you are looking for a great dentist and you are working on USA Parkway she is the best!

That was one of the best experiences I've had it a dentist I had a bad tooth pulled they got me in the same day everybody was super nice the doctor was very understanding took care of me was out of there in no time I'm healing up nicely thank you again

The dentist made me feel really comfortable. He Said I was in control. I have high anxiety so this helped. He answered all my questions.

If you've had Jose Talancon before, you might as well look for another dentist. the people over at Desert Valley Dental obviously do not know what they are doing. I made an appointment to repair a premolar recently and when I went to get it done, they worked on the wrong tooth. not only that, but now I have to reschedule my appointment a week later and have to pay again for my next appointment. What a bunch of robbers!

If your a patient of Jose Talacon it’s best you find a new Dentist. The people who took over “Dessert Valley Dental” have no idea what they are doing. Their solution was to tell me to find another Dentist. This was after they put my implant back in and it fell out that very same day. Made me come in just to tell me they had no clue how to fix it and to find another dentist. I would not recommend this place to anyone I we’ll be taking their advice and look for a dentist that cares about patients and knows what they are doing.

Terrible. I have a gum issue I've had for years. They told me my gums were great. I took myself to a periodontist to learn otherwise. Also they over charged me twice. Charged me for a full exam instead of a consultation that lasted less then 5 minutes. Total joke do not go here.
