My experience here so far has been great! Sarah at the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and is very patient. Dr. Patel is also amazing! She always makes me feel comfortable at every appointment. I highly recommend this location!

Staff was nice but I booked a regular cleaning for myself and it didn’t happen. I went in the doctor observed my mouth said everything was good and I was waiting there for about 10 minutes after in the chair for my cleaning to start. Instead the front desk came in and tried scheduling me for a procedure that they said would be $212 out of pocket. When I asked if I am getting a cleaning as I haven’t been into the dentist for 3 years they said “Oh it wouldn’t do anything for you but this procedure will help.” The procedure was for something that regular mouthwash and brushing my teeth daily would help with.

This office is awesome always has such a great atmosphere when we go! the girls up front are always super nice and always in a good mood which makes the office feel very nice! Alicia is very nice and super knowledgeable in what she does! great addition to the team, you guys are awesome!

love this office! Alicia is awesome in the front she's super nice. Also johnathan was also great helped me really understand the treatment I needed and has a great sense of humor, the jokes are the cherry on top with this office they will always have you leaving in a good mood

It’s been such a great experience at this dental/ orthodontist office. Miriam & Alicia at the front desk are so friendly and beyond helpful. They definitely care about each patient & their well- being. Both, Dr, Patel (orthodontist) & Dr. Janco (dentist) are also great and our kids enjoy coming in for their appointments. They’re both knowledgeable & caring with each treatment. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a dentist or orthodontic!

This clinic has irresponsible staff. Today was my first appointment and I was told I didn't fill out the echeck-in so my appointment was cancelled. I was there on time and it just took 5 minutes to fill out the online form. but my appointment got cancelled and was told to reschedule. Essentially, the 3 important qualities of customer service are professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude. they don't have any of these attitudes.

Alicia was such a pleasure to talk to, when I was in the office recently. She is so kind and helpful. Wish there were more like her in the world. Love this office, excellent staff and excellent service!

I really like the Modern Dentistry in Spanish Springs. I've been coming to this office for a few years now and Dr. Peralta is an understanding dentist that doesn't judge. He's gone out of his way to work with me. I will definetly keep coming back for further dental care.

I haven't been to a dentist in four years. I knew my teeth needed some preventive maintenance so I booked an appointment here because it was the closest office. It was a very pleasant visit in contrast to five years of Marine Corps. dentistry. You will have to call the office to book an appointment. The website scheduling doesn't seem to be working. Complete the echeck-in through MyChart. You will get an email. Verify it is all correct before showing up for your appointment and you will not be disappointed. It was very quick, easy, and can be done at your leisure. Far superior to the old days of making time to fill out the boring paperwork in person. Looking forward to my next visit.

I been going to the sister dentist in Las Vegas, I found this one here in Reno. The staff here are well knowledgeable and respectful, making an appointment was easy and they helped me set up my Mychart smile app. I would highly recommend
