I think it’s about time I made a review. I have been a patient with this office for almost 5 years now. I have some of the worst dental anxiety possible and these guys always manage to make me feel more at ease. So much so that I fly from Washington state just to come get my work done with them (used to live in Reno). They always explain everything well and have always been happy to give me second opinions. They saved me thousands of dollars by telling me I didn’t need an implant. The receptionist, Leah, is always incredibly welcoming and a delight to speak with. I highly highly recommend this office to those who have financial constraints and dental anxiety.

The best dentist ever!!! So gentle and explains everything. He really cares about his patients and makes it easy to go to the dentist. Alyssa his hygienist is amazing and the sweetest person ever, Leah and Alisha at the front are the sweetest most welcoming people ever. I love coming here

At my last appointment I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and waited an hour to be seen. I wanted to discuss the fact that I still had pain before he proceeded two make a crown. He proceeded to give me a lecture about the fact that he was an anti-VAX er and I wasn’t. Then he recommended that I should get implants for the teeth in question. I left without being treated. I stopped seeing him, And the new dentist I saw adjusted my bite and the pain subsided. This saved me thousands of dollars. The new dentist proceeded to do some excellent work. It ended up costing me about $400 more because I had exhausted my dental benefits.

As a new patient with an urgent (but not absolute emergency) need, they were able to work me in very quickly. Dr Depaoli was excellent at explaining my options and fixing me up in an appropriate manner. Bottom line: Doctor and staff are first rate! I'm here for the duration. (Convenient location in Sparks and more-than-adequate parking helps a lot, too.)

I went to dr. Depaoli with my 7 front teeth So nasty and made me feel bad about myself I went to so many dentist that said I couldnt save my teeth and got quotes up to $4000 to Fix just one tooth. He found away to fix all of my teeth and was the most helpful and now I’m able to smile so big with such amazing teeth that he was the only one able to fix. Thank you so much I’m a forever customer :). If you are looking for a new dentist go here because you will be so happy with your smile. The staff is also so amazing and will help you get in as soon as possible and will call you when someone cancels just so you have a chance to get in sooner. I’m actually happy to go get my teeth work on here and that hard to find with a dentist

I have been cared for by Dr, Tony Depaoli for many many years now and would not dream of going anywhere else! Dr Depaoli and the staff in his office are the best. Professional and very friendly...(I love Leah!) and all the other staff there.

I want to thank Tony for giving me my smile back.After Cancer treatments ruined my teeth and all the hours of Dental work I have my confidence back.I can't say enough about the care I received and how nice everyone isThank you Leah too!You guy's rock!!
