I loved the experience of dealing with the Dr and the staff. They sure do know how to make you feel good and take your concerns well. I have a better smile and absolutely gorgeous teeth thanks to them. They are kind and considerate. They dont rush you and make you feel comfortable also. If your looking for a good place to go definitely check them out, and im from Fallon so the drive is well worth it for good dental work.

They are so rude I called with a question and the supervisor was so nasty she Zaid she didn't have time for me and they were shirt handed and the dentist didn't want to pull my tooth that needed to be pulled told me to go somewhere eles. I needed a refill of antibiotics and I was told they don't do that in a very nasty tone. I was told by the dentist if I needed one he would do that and I was very rudly told no. I have never been so mistreated at a dentist before.

Made an appointment for a toothache. Made the appointment early and had to wait an hour past the appointment time before finally being seen... only to be told that I needed my tooth to be pulled and that NO ONE THERE could pull it that day.

What's the point of the office even being open if they can't even do a simple tooth pulling procedure? Isn't there a commercial that puts down a dentist office for telling you you need a tooth pulled... and then not pulling it? It seems like a bad joke.

Then, they were suppose to call me to set up an appointment time to get it pulled, and they still haven't called 3 days later.

Make sure that YOU know if you are covered by insurance before any pocedures get done. I was a new patient and they stuck me with a bill and did work on 2 different occasions in which my child was never covered on but the staff told me that it was and not to worry. Save your money go somewhere else!!!

I thought I was in pain before I went in, I'm in excruciating pain now. Went in for a fairly simple extraction and left with Motrin and antibiotics. Now I'm home and I've taken the max amount of Motrin I can in a day and it hasn't even touched the searing pain in my jaw. I told them the motrin wouldn't work and I was right. I had three wisdoms removed at once a couple of years ago at a dentist in Reno and walked out just fine. I got one tooth extracted here and sat in my car and cried, I'm literally ugly crying on the couch while I'm typing this (very very ugly). I highly suggest looking for a dental facility that will take your after care into consideration and actually listen to your concerns. The extraction (during and after) was far more painful than it should have been. The staff is always nice but I really regret having this tooth pulled.

Dr Bryand and the staff are great. They are friendly and very kind.Dr Bryand was numbing my tooth to pull it and as she was checking it I asked if it had to come out in pieces and she told me she just pulled it! I didnt feel a thing.Doesn't get better than that!

Can't say enough good things about this place. First they're affordable in ways that bring integrity back to Dentistry. They also constantly help the local youth center with dental issues. Staff don't patronize you. The one critique I have is they sometimes schedule borderline unnecessary appointments. Still the best place you'll find on a budget, by a mile.

My crown fell out last night and they were able to fit me in first thing this morning and were able to re-cement it for me. Everyone was great! Thank you Healthy Smiles!!!
