I Transferred to Dr. Geick’s practice two years ago and each appointment I’ve had to date has been a great experience. Dr Geick and his staff are very friendly and create a very comfortable atmosphere. They care about their clients and always answer my question honestly. I have had x-rays, cleanings, and a filling to date. I would recommend his practice to everyone.

I have been with Geick for 12 years. I find the office to be friendly and relatable. They are the type of dentist office I have always known while growing up.

I used to dread going to dentists, but now I don’t! He listens, cares, and explains... he is obviously very knowledgeable AND kind. He does not overcharge or cut any corners as some do. His staff is wonderful and professional as well. Highly recommend!

At first I thought this place was fantastic. Dr. Geick and his hygienists are very kind to my two children, who'm are patients, and the front office staff: Lina and Jacqueline had always been polite. That is until one of our routine cleanings left me with a bill I didn't understand. When I called the office, I was not offered help, only told to contact my insurance company. In fact which ever woman I was speaking to, kept trying to talk over me and eventually hung up on me. It was extremely unprofessional, to say the least. I still didn't know what the services were that were not covered.

I did of course also end up talking to the Insurance company who was very happy to clarify for me why we had received a bill. A routine service they provide, wasn't covered under my insurance. No Problem, but how am I to know if during our preventative cleanings, what will be covered if the dentist tells me they are doing a routine service? Insurance asked me to request a 'pre-estimate' before each visit.

*when I requested this at the office, as suggested by the insurance company, I was told by Lina that she was unwilling, I repeat UNWILLING to provide this for me. Not that she was unable, but she DID NOT WANT to. This is the opposite of customer service. She was more willing to quickly hand over my records to go to another dentist office, losing two patients than to simply ask in advance if the services they provide at our visit would be covered or not. This small action would help to prevent unforeseen costs my family can not afford. We will take our business elsewhere. I'd rather drive an extra couple of miles to get good customer support.

You can always count on a comfortable, professional dental experience. I just had a crown and once the Novocaine wore off, I wasn't able to tell I had been to the dentist. There was absolutely no discomfort, and the temporary matched so well I couldn't tell which one was worked on. This is an office where they do everything right.

A few of my teeth were a little crooked and I have always been a little self-conscious about my smile. When Dr. Geich suggested that Invisalign could help fix my teeth and give me a nicer smile by straightening out my teeth I decided to go for it. Now a couple years later and I love my new smile. No more spaces and about 6 shades whiter too.
I have also had a crown put in by Dr Geich and various other procedures done there like (Cleaning, Scaling & Whitening).

This is a very friendly and comfortable dentist office. The staff is professional and caring. The office is equipped with the latest and best technology.

Great dental practice. Friendly staff and professional service, I have been going here for several years and recommend this to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. I had previously gone to Allcare, but it seemed much less personal and I wasn't as happy with their service.

Great group of people. My first visit and everyone was so nice and helpful and pleasant to be with. Laura the assistant is awesome. This is the way it should be when you go to a Dentist Office
