Great visit! Melissa was awesome, as always, and Dr. Kim did a great job explaining things to me. I have recommended several people to Nashua Family Dentistry, and will continue to do so!

My experience with this dental office was one that I hope to never repeat, and would not wish on my worst enemy. The front office staff was less than professional in dealing with me when I inquired about insurance coverage and payment for my procedure. I was reasonably sure that my coverage was limited; I offered to pay in full for the procedure and avoid billing. Apparently paying the full amount was not their practice, so the claim was presented to my insurance and as expected the claim was denied. I was continually harassed with phone calls and letters from the dentist. I have also never been to a dentist office where a staff member escorts you to the front desk as if you have no intention of settling your bill, I find this insulting. At my earliest convenience, I returned to the dental office to settle my bill; again, I was met with unprofessionalism. To add insult to injury, I was accused of removing specialized glasses from their office and was searched. I later filed a complaint to document my experience but received no acknowledgement. Needles to say, I will not be returning to this office again nor will I recommend their services.

Andrea did a great job of cleaning and examining my teeth. I would recommend her to anyone.

Well, first I will let you know I had been going to Nashua Family Dentristy for the last 4+ years. And my visit on 10/11/13 was the last time I will go back. The visit on 10/11/13 and the one prior, Nashua Family Denistry attempted to over charge me based upon the written estimate i was given. To that point on 10/11/13, I was asked to pay upfront, prior to service and the receipt had zero detail on what cost was going to cover. When I finally did find out they only planned to fix one tooth, I let them know, this is not what i was told before, and I was done coming here. It took them 20+ minutes to refund my card, as this of course was too difficult to handle, and only until they got me a receipt, did anyone bother to ask what the problem was? it seems over the past year or so, they have desided getting whatever money they can out of patients is more important than service. I would THINK TWICE about using them, and apparently I wasn't the only one that found this out, there was another gentleman in the office asking for his records and having his information removed from there system dues they attempted to overcharge him as well.

Very friendly, on-time, comfortable service. Highly recommend them.

Making an appt was easy. I gave 4 stars because you can make an appt online and yet they call you anyway to tell you you need to choose another time. If you are offering online appts, use a system that provides accuracy. If you need to call anyway, what's the point?
That aside, Melissa was a rockstar. She is quick, efficient, and explains everything. The service was over before I knew it. I had not been to the dentist in awhile and she really did a great job and didn't lecture on the importance of going to the dentist. Made the visit tolerable :)

I brought my 3 year old for his first visit. Jen was amazing and he made him feel so comfortable. So glad we switched to this practice!!

If you have any doubts or fears of going to the Dentist then this is the best place you could ever go..great experience from start to finish ,excellent staff ,entire team from Receptionist to Assistants to Dr Cohen himself made every visit as stress free and professional as could possibly be..thank you all so very much..
