We have been to both Drs Rose and Danny. My children have loved both. This is very different than your traditional dentist office, they truly cater to children. We went to a different dentist office before here, they were not as focused on children as they are. Kids can watch a movie while the dentists work. If they are all 'clear' they receive coins to use in the prize chest. I like the interactions I see the doctors have with all 3 of my children as well as with me. Even scheduling an appointment is easy! Overall, an excellent Dentist office!!

It's hard to rate exceptional. How can you rate a dentist that comes in after hours to see you child in an emergency. We weren't customers at the time. It's hard to give a review that will stand out, but I hope this will help people make a great choice.
1. To start the office is spotless.

My son fell and hit his teeth on a step, I found my first dentist on a search and called the emergency line which almost no dentist offer. The receptionist was extremely nice and caring, she called the dentist and she offered to open the office and meet us after hours.
I was ecstatic that we wouldn't have to go 2 days without being seen. The dentist was amazing, caring and took the time with us to fully check out our son and calm our fears.
I don't think I could offer a review worthy of this office but I could at least spread the word on a place that is worthy of your buisness.

Dr Rose Ann is one of a kind in her genuine and caring attitude towards her patients. Starting from Natalie the receptionist to Rose Ann as the practitioner they are exceptional. I am a General Dentist and with great confidence Rose Ann takes care of all my children's dental needs from cleanings to root canals. Thank you!

Dr. Rose Ann and Dr. Danny are wonderful at explaining the teeth cleaning process to the children and making them feel comfortable. They also do a great job explaining the importance of great oral care and motivating the children to floss daily. Judy the receptionist is always so helpful, kind and friendly. She always helps me fill out any pertinent insurance forms. I highly recommend My First Dentist pediatric office.

To make things clear my girls have only seen one dentist their whole life. Records will show that. We had to switch because, they stopped taking her insurance. After we chose a new dentist we did not agree with the treatment plan so we went for a second opinion which was with MyFirstDentist. I saw Danny Chiang for initial visit and was hoping to see him for treatment. Sadly I got the wife Rose Ann Habib-Chiang. My daughter sat in the chair and Habib stated she would try and fill cavity without numbing agent. I was ok with this, as I thought it was a small cavity.
Habib told my daughter if it hurt to raise her hand. After drilling into her tooth for a few minutes my daughter raised her hand and Habib stopped to follow up with a numbing jell which was only left on for a few short seconds. Than used the needle to numb which, she was rough with. After a few injections my daughter started screaming in pain and was calling for me to have them stop. Habib did not stop she attempted to finish. I kept saying stop this isn’t nice stop. She eventually stopped and told me that she thought I was talking to my daughter to stop in a very nonchalant way. I said the numbing jell was only left on for a few seconds my daughter was screaming in pain why didn’t you stop. She said she can not stop in the middle of procedure and that I should not tell her how to do her job. Habib’s immediate reaction was defensive which was concerning being that my daughter was so upset. She kept showing me the needle and said you know what I was doing, implying its suppose to hurt. Habib made derogative remarks telling me that after us seeing three different dentist maybe it wasn’t the dentist and that it was in fact my daughter that was the problem. I asked her if my daughter was completely numb now and if the cavity could be finished because, at this point she had a giant hole in her tooth. Habib said it was very numb. I told her to try and finish the one cavity. She went to drill again and my daughter started crying again after a few seconds in pain. Habib stopped and put a temporary filling in her tooth. She was very defensive and told me that if I wasn’t comfortable with her to go see somone else. Habib left me very worried and confused because, I did not know what to do next. When I asked her if I could schedule this in the hospital she said they won’t let her schedule this in the hospital because, she only has 4 cavities and they will laugh at her for scheduling an appointment in the hospital for sedation. I said so this is not common for children to be in this much pain and she said this is very unusual and that she's never seen this before. If this was such an unusual incident, wouldn’t you as the dentist be more empathetic and want the patient more comfortable, stop the procedure if your patient is in pain crying and not get so defensive as to tell me to go see somone else. Instead she tried to make the problem my daughter. Who is the most cooperative child. My daughter was screaming mommy make them stop. I am extremely saddened with how we were treated by Habib-Chiang.

This is by far the best pediatric dentist out there. My kids have never dreaded going to Dr. RoseAnn or Dr. Danny. They and their staff are extremely professional, warm and very patient. Both Dr. Chiangs never suggest anything unnecessary. They love what they do and it shows. I wish I could go to them myself.

This place can’t be beat! We love Dr. Danny and Dr. Roseann! They are the most wonderful and kind doctors with the kids. We are moving an hour and half away and are going to stay here. The entire staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We love it here. Thanks guys!
