Most amazing and caring staff! Getting all your dental work done all in one place is absolutely amazing! If you love being around professional and caring staff and getting everything done in one place, I highly recommend Rand Dental! š Most amazing experience there, so many nice and welcoming people! The only staff who I feel doesnāt help Is Alicia. She completely ignores you standing there to make a following appointment, but the other receptionist is super helpful and more kinder!!! Especially more helpful ! But other than that I rate this place 5 stars!! ā¤ļøš

I'm late in posting this, but I want to share my positive review about Rand Dental. The employees are most gracious. The dental hygienists and doctors give excellent professional service and offer safe dentistry during this time of the pandemic. Thank you, Dr. Rand, and all on your staff, for your years of service to me.

Thank you Dr Rand and staff for another great visit. The concern that the staff has for your safety and dental health is fantastic. Always a pleasant visit. The last 20 years that I have been a patient has been nothing but the best. Always listening to you and making sure your dental health comes first. Thanks again Dr Rand and staff looking forward to another great 20 years.

Just had my first visit at Rand dental. Service was excellent. Wait time was low. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My cleaning and x-rays went off with no issue. I am ashamed that I did not check out this place before. Iām happy to say I am a patient of theirs for the rest of my life. Lastly it was only by coincidence that I met Doctor rand himself. Very nice gentleman thank me for coming in. And cared to ask how my visit in service was today. I gave him the same feedback as already written. Which she was happy to hear.

I never like going to the dentist but the hygienist, Rich, is wonderful. He always makes sure I'm comfortable.
Gentle but thorough cleaning and great personality. This was my second time requesting him as my hygienist and I will continue to for future appointments, Thanks Rich!

I drive two hours every time I need work done (which has been a lot over the summer) because I can't find a good dentist near me. I've gotten root canals and fillings and never had a bad experience. Rand was really nice and helpful. Dr. Fernandez did all my fillings and crowns and was really great, checking on me throughout to make sure I'm okay. Helen and Cindy (I believe that's their names) we're awesome and always made sure I was okay. I always got the same crew and they were always so nice (and definitely not bad to look at) which can def help make a dental experience better :)

I'm new to this office due to my previous dentist closing his office without notice. I had a dental emergency and this office takes my dental plan. I called them and explained my situation. Without question, I was given a quick appointment and my immediate problem was taken care of. My second appointment was for a cleaning and xrays. A plan of care was discussed. So far, everyone has been courteous and helpful. I love that this office is close to home too. I'm just a little uncomfortable with having rotating dentists caring for me.

Iām so angry š” with the Orthodontic office. Iāve had to wait until insurance sent a pre-determination to schedule my daughters first appointment (full mouth X-ray) due to unforeseen reasons I had to reschedule twice (Covid), dental office closed due to snow, dental office cancelled due to X-ray machine not working. I was finally able to bring my daughter today. Itās only AFTER a payment was made and the X-ray was completed that I was informed what the next appointment would be which is cementing the brackets. I asked for a late afternoon appointment as I work and CANNOT take anymore time off. I was RUDELY informed that they āonly do these appointments in the morning and the doctor has done this for 20 yrs and only does them in the morningā! I also did not appreciate the front office attitude in asking me TWICE āis there anyone else that can bring herā? When I answered NO the first time. Iād like to know why I was NOT informed of this during our consultation appointment in August 2021 or at ANYTIME prior to this appointment? They certainly have time to call/text/email several times a day to confirm appointments and reminding you about money youāll owe for the appointment. If an orthodontic office cannot accommodate a patient or offer a reasonable solution itās a telling sign that I no longer wish to deal with them. I will start the process in finding a new dental and orthodontic office.
I was also a bit taken back when Dr Rand saw my daughter in August and the first thing he said was āwe are no longer accepting your insurance as of Octoberā. My daughter is covered by 2 different insurance companies and NO you stopped taking one but not the other. I walked out thinking wow he certainly knows which insurance companies he chooses not to accept.
