Our family has been going here for over 15 years, and the dentists and dental assistants truly treat the patients like family. However, some of the new front desk staff can be rude, especially when you’re in need of an emergency appointment, which is hard to get because they are booked out weeks in advanced. They can only put you on a waitlist, which they don’t always call you back for so my only critique is that front desk customer service could be improved.

Best Dentist I have ever been to. I had put off some dental work because like many people it is not their favorite thing to do. I developed a severe infection as a result. The infection ended up being very painful. The work that Dr Giralt performed to alleviate my problem was literally painless. I was so worried about the dental work that I needed performed was, as I had heard from others, going to be so uncomfortable. No true at all.

I don't think I've ever been happier with a dentist. They got me in last minute after a fiasco with my insurance and the dentist had been seeing for years, who I was very happy with. I didnt think i could be happier with a dentist, now I am so glad my insurance changed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Their hygienist is amazing! Dr. Giralt is super caring and gentle. Very compassionate. There really aren't enough good things I can say about this practice.

The best dentistry I have ever experience, came in today for my birthday for an extraction, it didn't feel rushed they knew exactly what they were doing the staff are very very friendly, I will definitely come here.

Amazing and highly recommend. I went for my first time this week after a coworker recommended them to me as she knew they took my insurance(Horizon Family Plan). I had been in and out of the ER for 2 weeks trying to get rid of a bad infection in 3 molars. they got me in 2 days after I called, and let me come back in 2 days later as an emergency patient to have the most infected molar removed by them instead of the oral surgeon as I was not getting any better on my antibiotics due to this tooth. Both times I saw Dr. Girat and his assistance, and they are as nice as can be, non judgemental(my teeth are bad due to a medicine I've taken for yrs now to help me stay sober), gentle, patience, just basically everything you would want and need in a dentist. I will be getting the other 2 teeth removed by a oral surgeon, but will go to this office to have the rest of my cavities fixed. I am also going have my children start seeing them as well. I haven't had the other Dentist work on my teeth, but he seems extremely nice as well.

Make sure they actually check your insurance coverage. Decided that we'd switch when our dentist sold his practice. Called ahead they said they took our insurance. Scheduled cleaning & x-rays. Turns out we ended up with a bill. We're back at our old dentist with the new owners. At least there has never been any surprise bills. My family will NOT be returning.

Was having tooth pain and called on a Tuesday, was seen the next morning. I was seen within ten minutes of getting there. Everyone was so nice. They got me in, did xrays and saw that I needed a wisdom tooth extracted. The dentist was great. He made sure I was nice and numb and got the tooth out in less than two minutes. Its hours later and I'm home, little pain and no complaints.. I'll be returning with my kids soon.
