Mainland Dental Associates Implant and Cosmetic Dentist

If I knew how to blog I would gladly take you on my dental journey from basically dental hell to dental joy in finding Mainland Dental Associates. I have felt welcomed the moment I walked in and listened to by Dr. Mendelsohn about my dental phobia. He took me seriously and everybody has been wonderful.
I just recently went through a major dental procedure and DR. ZHANG and Dr. Mendelsohn worked on my case. I have to say day 4 is not the most wonderful but the fact that I survived day 1 of procedure is a blessing. :-)
I can't wait for the final day everything is completed. I have faith in this group. Office staff THANK YOU so much for all you have done to not only welcome me but make me as comfortable as possible.

UPDATE: This is April..I have had my NEW teeth since October. I am thrilled with the drastic improvement to my smile and my looks. I had 8 implants and full mouth reconstruction with porcelain crowns. I am forever grateful to Drs. Menelshon and Zhang for the plan they came up with for me and my needs. Office staff KUDOS..you are the best, so friendly and caring.

I've been going to Mainland Dental for many years. Just had a crown put in. Even the temporary felt good. Dr. Mendelsohn fantastic. Fay is just great! Every one there has been very nice and professional.

I can not express how grateful I am of mainland dental. And a great dentist like Dr Ira and his exceptional team of talented nurses. expesciouly nurse Emily who knew my struggles and lead me in the right direction.

I have never had the best teeth to begin with. I was born a premature twin with a calcium defincey in my gums. That later lead to a non cancerous growth on my gum line that I had to get removed at a young age.

It was around the age of 20 I started seeing my teeth get bad as time went on. I would maintain them the best I could but it was to late. Leading to extraction after extraction and dentist after dentist.

The loss of my teeth really affected my self a esteem and my confidence. It was to the point where I wouldn't want to smile.

I said Randy this is it we got to change .with the guidance of nurse Emily I made my first appointment at mainland dental. I have never been to a dentist office where they really do care about your well being and your comfort. With three easy appointments I had my molds all ready to go . I walked in the next Friday and it was surgery time.

Was I nervous? Yes I was , however I knew I was in great hands Dr IRA made sure I was nice and numb before extracting all my bad teeth. upper and lower and his staff was there to talk me through the whole thing . I was able to walk out of there with a top and bottom plate that day.i also had a new attitude and can't wait to embrace my new smile I am so thankful for .
Was the after surgery painful? Not really it was just letting my gums heal.

I can not express how grateful I am.and how greatly appreciative I am of mainland dental. Dr IRA and his exceptional staff. for giving me a great smile and a new look on life.

Will I be using mainland for a long time ? You bet I'm even going to refer anyone I Know.

Staff was great! Courteous, professional, and quick. Desiree is a huge help with billing. And the dentist is awesome at what he does. I highly recommend Mainland Dental Associates!

I have been a patient of Mainland Dental for over 20 years and I have had only great experiences. I was taken care of at the Pleasantville location by Dr. Zhang and had my 6 month cleaning in December 2014. I was taken in a timely manner and Fay at the front desk is awesome. When I call I don't even have to tell her who it is and she knows my voice. Now my children go there! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Mainland dental has an outstanding staff. they are willing to go out their way to make sure you are always comfortable. im going through a dreadful process to get a tooth implant and in this office they are making everything go nice and smoothly, that the fear i once had to get everything done they made it go away. Dr. Ira is very professional and always explains things to you before anything is done. i couldnt have picked a better place to get this procedure done at.

I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, but not anymore. This is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at the dentist. Everyone is so personable and professional. I would recommend here for everyone. Such a fun and loving environment. I will be a patient for life.

Mainland Dental/Pleasantville, NJ location is by far the best dental facility in the South Jersey/Shore area. The experience with the dentist, Dr. Meldelsohn was the best by far in the past twenty years.

He has an amazing desire to accommodate and work with you as a patient and gives you an immediate response as to what are the best options for the dental needs you may have as he did with me on my first visit. After three visits the procedure for a crown, filling and dental cleaning was finalized in a professional well like manner

I've been going to Dr. Ira for years. He recently crowned my four upper front teeth and they turned out great! One of the best Dentists hands down. Highly recommend him.

Mainland has the top dentists by far! From the front desk staff always being friendly, courteous, patient and professional, the same goes for the dentists. I had Doctor Zhang who performed a root canal on my second back tooth (one of the hardest root canals to perform) and he did an exceptional job!!! He was kind, professional, and understanding of my circumstances. He did a great job making sure there wasn't any pain during the procedure, while him and his assistant treated me with great respect. Doctor Zhang is a phenomenal dentist always maintaining his professionalism with great respect and kindness towards his patients and is a great asset to maintaining Mainland Dental Associates highly respected institution. If unsure which dentist to pick I would highly recommend Dr. Zhang!!!!!!
