The practice of Dr. Fusco & Dr. Caravano is in the top tier of practices in NJ. I'm never kept waiting for more than 5 min, the front desk is always pleasant and welcoming, the space and equipment is all state of the art with attention to detail. Dr. Fusco always gives me time and has a bedside manner that's genuine and sincere. There is plenty of support and the hygienists are experienced, pleasant, and always smiling. I haven't been to Dr Fusco for at least 4 years+ now until today; and I might add, I have been reluctant, since I'm a kid, about having ANY dental procedures, period! Nonetheless, I am happy I returned to him as both he and the hygienist Naomi, were very gentle with me regarding my long awaited and much needed cleaning and a thorough examination by Dr Anthony Fusco.
He has helped me overcome my fear of dentists, and despite this, I look forward to finally getting the work I really need done in the upcoming months.
Thus, I highly recommend this practice to any "dentist shy" patients like myself. This doctor has a great disposition and is caring and compassionate, unlike some previous dentists and oral surgeons I've been to when I was younger and afraid to fix my teeth but not anymore since I' came here along with my wife and son back in 2008. I moved to North Jersey recently and did my homework before picking Dr. Fusco as my dentist.
My first appointment was an exam and cleaning. The facilities and people are all top notch! I've always felt sore after a cleaning appointment with dentists in the past but not this time, I didn't feel a thing during or after the procedure. Wonderful!
I needed to make a follow-up appointment because I needed a filling and this too went just as well. The only pain I felt from the filling was the needle and that was minor and expected. No pain during or after the appointment.
I'll never fear going to the dentist again and Dr. Caravano and his staff have now set the bar for what I will expect from any future dentists.....if I ever have to relocate again.

For the first time in my life, I am not afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Fusco performed a root canal on me (my first). I was terrified, but it went so smoothly and pain free that I am a lot less fearful of having future dental work. One thing I like about the office is that they keep very close to their appointment schedule. I have never had to wait very long to get into the office.

Dr. Fusco's office is top notch. The staff is friendly and efficient, and extremely respectful of your time. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes before being brought in.

I was eating lunch and I cracked my tooth while eating popcorn. My husband ran into Dr. Fusco at a baseball game and asked if he knew of any oral surgeons that were open on a Sunday. He mentioned a couple and then asked my husband why I need an oral surgeon. He explained and Dr. Fusco had him call me to come right in. Dr. Fusco left the field ( he was coaching) and met me within 10 minutes at his office on a SUNDAY at 1pm. I was very anxious and fearful because I have been going to the same dentist for over twenty years and I am not a fan of dentists. He was amazing! He explained everything to me and made me 110% comfortable with what he was doing. I was out quickly and now I am pain free. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!

Let me start by saying I hate Dentists. Not the Dentist personally just the idea of the Dentist. While I'm not ready to start loving them yet the Fusco office is rapidly changing my attitude. These guys (and gals!) are excellent. From the high tech manner in which they operate their office to the experience in the chair. I had a crown procedure started today and it was painless and quick. I was expecting the worst. Still not happy about getting a crown but at least the 'fix' has been surprisingly good. Would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new Dentist. We're new to the east coast and this was a recommendation from a neighbour. Glad I took it!

The hygienist was very gentle and gave me information on ways to take better of my teeth. As always Dr. Fusco explained what I need to do with some issues with my teeth and was extremely pleasant. Everyone in the office is always so helpful and kind.

Just transferred over to this dentist due to new insurance and have been very pleased. Received a total of four fillings (shame on me!) and it was great. Painless, comfortable, and fast. Great customer service as well which is not something you expect from a medical office!
