My dentist retired and it took me 1 year to find a good dentist! Cozy dentistry is the place to go. Clean environment, wonderful and friendly staff and treatment service is great!! I highly recommend!!

Dr. Koo is knowledgeable, caring and professional. I needed work on many teeth (cavities and broken teeth) and she has always taken the time to hear my concerns, as well as communicating her thoughts for the best results for me. I thought one of my molars was beyond repairing but her skillfulness not only saved the existing tooth but Dr. Koo had the crown expertly crafted to even help fill in a gap to the side of the tooth. The end result makes me very happy, as my bite feels much better and stronger!
Due to old crowns that weren't properly fitted when I got them many years earlier from a differnet establishment, they needed to be replaced. I was apprehensive to have the work done at first because they were my two upper front teeth (most important! aesthetically) but am extremely happy with the results Dr. Koo pulled off. They fit perfectly and flawlessessly. It's a great thing when a Dentist knows what she/he is doing, so that the patient is able to forget that the problem(s) ever existed after the work is completed. I wish I had gone to Cozy Dentistry earlier because I kept putting the work off and procrastinating, when I could have been happier sooner.
Maria is an exceptional dental hygienest with outstanding patience and people skills. She is very caring and makes cleanings and x-rays a pleasure.
The front office staff are always pleasant and professional and have never missed a day before appointment reminder.
I highly recommend Cozy Dentistry in Ridgefield Park and I am glad I chose them over the others. For me, I will definitely be using only Cozy at this point.

Wonderful experience. I've had terrible experiences in the past after my primary dentist stopped taking my insurance. Then I found this place through my provider and I'm so grateful. Small but lovely office, very well maintained with a fantastic staff. Dentist was extremely gentle and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable in her chair and I never had to wait long when I made an appointment.
I'm kind of reluctant to write this because I don't wanna share my dentist but she's totally worth 5 stars. Thank you!!!

The receptionists are great, and the staff is very friendly!!! But bottom line is the quality of work they do on your teeth is horrible.
Multiple members of my family & friends have had similar experiences here.
Again, the staff is very friendly, BUT I believe they must either have a lot of inexperienced students or are over booked because we’ve all have had issues with the work they’ve done on our teeth. I’ve had a filling I got done MONTHS ago & it still hurts. Same thing with my mom & my significant other. It’s one thing for one person to have an issue, but for 4 or more of us to have similar experiences is awful. My significant other had a root canal done & he still has pain & trouble eating on that side months after it’s been done.
Also if you want privacy, they have no doors & you are free to basically look inside other patient rooms. They may have curtains but they’re almost never closed.
Please note that they always have different staff doing work on you, whether it’s the dental assistant or the dentist themselves. They are all very lovely, but like previously said, the most important thing is the quality of work & the condition they are leaving your teeth in. Unfortunately; I would not recommend them to anyone.
I’m sure there are more people out there who have had these same issues because I’ve heard it from multiple people.
Very hard to say because I really like the staff but the work is below average & for the amount of money you are paying you might as well go somewhere else where they have more experience & higher quality!

Takes 2 months to submit a claim correctly for a simple annual cleaning service to my insurance. Unable to fulfill confirmed appointments for my husband. Unable to provide simple information so that I can submit the claim correctly to my insurance (name of dentist/address/phone number/dentist tax identification #). Instead, asking to scan/send over via email, and not responding. Unprofessional, fishy, or just incompetent?
