Was very disappointed. My dentist now shares that practice. We asked a question over the phone regarding an Xray that included wisdom teeth. Was told, "she couldn't see a problem", had to go in and get additional xrays. The xray taken over a year ago showed impacted wisdom teeth, surprise, no change. This time before we left we had to pay the bill. We don't have dental anymore, but that's never been an issue. First, this could have been handled over the phone, and received the same advice (to get the teeth removed); second, the insurance companies get 30 days or more to settle the bill, and I don't? We had to come out of pocket $91 for the visit and $250 for the xray. Never was that mentioned when the appointment was made.
really sad.... been seeing the "new" dentist in this practice since 1989.
