Beware they will not honor your insurance and you will end up paying some money out of pocket. You will also have NO idea this will happen until you get the bill in the mail or they call you saying you owe money.
Routine cleaning and xrays are supposed to be 100% included by my insurance carrier and they claim I now have to pay some money out of pocket because the insurance price for a cleaning is much lower than the price they charge
This is really poor business practice and a very sneaky way to get more money out of their customers! Also pretty dishonest that you don't explain this to your customers beforehand. Pretty sure if the insurance covers a service 100% then you are not supposed to have to pay anything additional. This is the whole reason I have insurance. Wish I would have known all of this so that I could have gone somewhere else for my cleaning and xray.
