Have been a patient for over ten years. To say the experience was always pleasant would be a stretch. This the DENTAL CLINIC! Heehee! With that said, it is knowing that the end result would be dental work that is well done and complete. Problems diagnosed and treated with the best in technique and professional care. I like them! This is in addition to my previous posting. Have had many visits and a couple of dental procedures in the last 3 years or so. The experience is very much the same. Yes,I know the prospect of a visit to the dentist is usually met with some trepidation, but in this case, the outcome is well worth the visit. All involved go out of their way to smooth out the bumpy parts of the ' visit to the dentist ' . Again, that is why I like 👍 this place. A special mention to my hygienist, Lisa. Thank you Lisa for your patience. And a real big 👍👌to Dr Gribble staff. Thanks again.

Update.. I heard back 18 hours after my first call and they said it was a bad phone system. They offered to meet me on a Sunday for my tooth.
I like the hygienists and the dentist that I see is very nice but I am not happy with the fact that I usually wait up to 30 minutes past my appointment time and when I have the nerve to even ask about it they get snippy at the front desk. But that wasn't reason enough for me to leave until now. I am one of their patients. They offer emergency dental and claim on their website and on their voicemail that they have emergency dentists on call 24/7. Yet I call with an emergency and get categorically ignored.
