The staff at Sandia Dental Care are ALL amazing individuals from Dr. Sarah whose hands are gentle and painless during procedures, Andrea, who welcomes everyone with an smile and hello, Jessica, whom I am going to dearly miss and best of All Monique who makes me feel special with a friendly and caring laugh with reassurance that I'm in terrific hands. Each staff member goes out of their way to make you feel safe and good hands.

The entire staff is great. It had been a while since I'd seen a dentist, and I'm glad I chose their office. The hygienist was knowledgeable and educational. I knew what to expect and why. My fillings were done quickly and perfectly. Dr. Kassam also referred me out to an exceptional dentist for a particularly tough extraction. I really appreciated this. I will definitely be returning for my dental needs. Thank you Dr. Kassam and staff.

I have been a patient with this dental office for about five years. I have always received professional and companionate care from every individual including and especially Dr Kassam. The office runs like a fine tuned clock. If time and money is important I highly recommend you consider this office for your dental care. Absolutely love Dr.Kassam and her staff! I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in the past but here that’s not the case! Dr. Kassam and her team make you feel comfortable and make sure that you have no pain and explain what they are doing so you know what to expect. I highly recommend coming here!

We love Sandia Dental Care! My husband and I jumped around to many dentists over the past 10 years in search of one who was competent, honest, friendly and well priced. We finally found everything we were looking for with Dr Kassam. My husband has had to have a lot of work done and we have never had any problems. She is the best in town! The staff is very friendly and inviting. They are quick to get you in on emergency. We are definetly happy to have found Dr Kassam and will be staying with Sandia Dental Care from here on!

I hate this place. The office manger (Monique) is so rude. After calling to confirm that I didn’t owe a balance I called to schedule an appointment but unfortunately I couldn’t make it to that one. I called to get it rescheduled and she tells me that her next appointment isn’t till March but she lied cause on the computer it showed 12/22 was available but because I couldn’t make my other appointment she was really going to try and schedule me out all the way till March. I arrive at Sandia Dental and Monique precedes to tell me I don’t have an appointment but I have a balance and was very rude about it. Before I even set up the appointment I called a couple times to make sure and they said I was all squared away.! Monique didn’t even bother to look into the problem cause all she was concerned about was when was I gone make a payment. I told her I’m not making a payment because when I called it was stated very clear that I didn’t owe anything! Monique with her unprofessional rude self goes to me there is nothing she can do and that she is the office manger. Then she tells me I don’t have an appointment at all! If she just didn’t wanna service me or have me at her clinic that’s all they had to say..! It’s definitely better dental places with better staff that will treat me like I’m human. Not be all rude cause they really don’t like their job and just there for the money. What happen to people that actually like their job and love what they do..?
