Super friendly and professional, the office staff is super nice and the ladies and dentist are very nice. I have had 2 visits, 1 for me and today 1 for my son. If I ever need dental care again this is my come back spot.

Working in Carlsbad and they squeezed me in on short notice. Had a bad toothache and they got me on in the same day I have called twice now. Very friendly staff. I’ve been to far more modern dentist offices but it’s very clean and I received very good care. Can’t thank them enough

He and his staff were awesome. My crown came off and Dr McCauley went out of his way to fit me in the same day. Did an awesome job refitting my crown. Can’t say enough about him going that extra mile to help an old guy keep a pretty smile.

I visited there from out of town to have a tooth fixed. Saw the younger partner. Despite having insurance they wanted entire payment up front, which I did not have a problem with. The problem I have is that they over billed me once I reconciled it with the claim from insurance. I called, and they said they apply such things to “future visits”. I logically told them since I live across the country, I would rather just have the money. They said they would send a check, which never came…. This was over 6 months ago

Dr. McCauley is the only dentist I will consider. Very experienced, very attentive to his patients needs. Has worked me in his impossibly busy schedule to help with dental emergencies. His staff is well trained, polite and sympathetic. If I could give more stars, I would.

I highly recommend you find a different dentist to go to. After being deceived by this business that's what I did.
In order to even see the dentist you first have to go get a cleaning at 32 pearls, which is owned by his wife then you have to make a separate appointment and pay the office visit fee again in order to see the dentist at a different location.
The problem being that I had double and triple checked with both sides of this business before making an appointment to see the dentist and they assured me that there was no separate fee.
I have never seen a dental practice set up this way and I have been to quite a few in different states over the years. I tried to work it out with the office manager but in her ever so snooty manner she made it clear that wasn't going to happen.
I will be filing with the New Mexico dental board to look into the fraudulent business practices of mccauley.

They saw my son on an emergency when he completely broke out his front tooth all the way to his gums. They fixed him up with a retainer that looked so real. He was very happy as was I. I think this is one of Carlsbad"s best dentists.

Probably the best dentist I've ever been to. Scared of these people. Had a tooth pulled did not take long = minimum pain. For a dentist visit it was not a bad experience.

Dr. Mc Cauley and his staff are amazing !!! I was in horrible pain and he happened to be off thursday and friday... but his staff told him how much pain I was in, and he came in on his day off on Valentines day no less to help and pull my tooth 💚 I can never thank them enough !!
