I was very unhappy with my experience at this dental office. I did not make it past the front desk because
the receptionists were very rude. I would recommend the ladies at the front desk be trained on how to politely & professionally do their jobs.

You have to change your IVR because it's not true that you care about your patients. We are in a PANDEMIC right now, if you have properly informed your patient that we have to pay for the service out of pocket then we will not be shocked when we receive a bill for more than a thousand dollar. You have to tell your receptionists how to properly educate the patient with regards to insurance.
