Be sure that when they run your insurance that they are running it and quoting you for the dr that you’re actually seeing. They verified my insurance under Dr. Reddy and then billed for another doctor that is not in network with my insurance and now they’re billing me for the out of network cost due to their bait and switch.

The worst dental office. I’m not ever the type to leave reviews and bash any business but this is truly the worst business we have ever dealt with. This office charged my mother over $8,000 for top dentures she could never wear even after going in multiple times to try to get them fixed, she eventually just gave up and never wore them. She also got bottom partials that never fit her as they should. We are now in the process of getting her new dentures through another dental office and we can not believe we didn’t call around, get prices, and ask questions before choosing Dr. Reddy.
Everything we were charged for here is completely free at the dental office she is going to now. We are paying for dentures period. They are also taking so many extra steps to make sure my mothers dentures fit correctly and she will love them, steps that Lea County dental never took. Do your research before choosing Reddy Dental or Lea County Dental !
My response to the owners comment since it doesn’t let me reply: Hello! We have several receipts I will gladly post. I never said extractions should be free nor would I ever expect extractions to be free. We were both very nice, lenient, and wanted her top dentures and bottom partials to work, she tried for months to fight through the pain the dentures caused her and any time we would go in or call you would try to fix whatever you thought the problem was which may have felt better for the time being while she was in your chair which is why my mom would “leave happy” but after being worn for so long they would continue to bother her. We never called or went back in after the last time because you told her you would need to do another bone trimming procedure. Please tell me who would want that procedure done for a second time, it’s extremely painful and she wasn’t prescribed any pain medication? She is already an older, thin lady who shouldn’t go without eating for 2 weeks like she did when she received that procedure. Of course she wouldn’t call or go back in after you told her that’s all you could do for her? Which according to her current dentist, she definitely didn’t need that procedure a second time, nor should she have gone through it without any pain meds the first time.
So if her dentures don’t fit because you say you can’t predict how she will heal after the extractions and she wanted “immediate” dentures (which took 8 weeks) then why did her bottom partials not fit correctly? Again her current dentist looked in her mouth and noticed right away they didn’t fit her correctly. How did you miss it? You say my mother should have spoken up but she had never had partials or dentures before so how would she know her partials are suppose to snap into her teeth unless she was told. Nothing I posted was false information, we were definitely taken advantage of.
