Horrible customer service. Lady who makes the appointments cynically told me she didn’t schedule me completely because of an”emergency”. I politely had advised her I was coming in from a different city and this appointment was very important for me. She could of called me to cancel. The dental assistant said the Dr, couldn’t complete my treatment because she has to go pick up her daughter. Talk about Professionalism? I had an appointment, and my insurance pays them well and I pay also for the services . Very condescending staff overall and I’m sad to say it but also give me looks of racism. Do not recommend.
