My husband Henry Ortiz is a Vietnam Veteran. He was physically exposed to the poisonous Agent Orange Chemical , a dangerous herbicide containing Dioxin. Henry has lost all but six teeth. He wears dentures and has lost seventy pounds due to shifting dentures. Today we met with Dr.Jajung Yoon and we were very impressed and astonished at his ability to educate us through the procedure he utilized to adjust Henry’s bottom denture. We have had several dental appointments this passed year however none would compare with our appointment today with Dr. Yoon! Dr. Jajung Yoon is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and professional. We also appreciated his willingness to answer all of our questions. We wanted to express our gratitude for Dr. Yoon and his staff. They are all very kind, courteous and dedicated to their craft. Thank you !

Beautiful people, Corina was wonderful and very gentle. Dr Yoon is very knowledgeable and considerate. A pleasant experience and the place is very clean.
2nd visit - I got to my appointment early and they took me right in the checkup was fast and painless. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist and staff, they are great; I’ll be back for a cleaning next month - hope it’s just as easy.

Another cleaning as always the dentist is very nice and knowledgeable and the tech that cleaned my teeth is superb; always concerned about my well being. Love the place!

I was very impressed by what I saw when I went through the front door. It was very charming and I was greeted by the receptionist . She new who I was even though we never met and the person near her was to work on me. We had a few laughs together and I new I was in the right place. Everyone was very friendly and concerned during the whole process if I was OK but I kept telling them that I am AL ( my name ) .We all had a good time even though It was a dentist office. They complied with all my requests ( adjust the back to a comfortable angle, pillow for my head ). I felt pampered and they kept checking with me to make sure I was comfortable. Two people worked on me and we were done in 30 minutes. It seems strange to say I had a good experience in a dentist office but I did.

I went to Los Lunas Smiles today and I could not be more pleased with my visit. I absolutely LOVE going to the dentist and they did everything so wonderfully. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient. My wait was just a couple minutes. My hygienist, Raquel, was so sweet and nice. My teeth feel amazing! Dr. Yoon was also exceptionally kind and personable. He made a recommendation to me for a procedure and with my insurance, it came out very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back here for any dental care!

Dr Yoon and his staff WERE amazing and I HAD strongly recommend them with a well deserved five star review. My wife and I had been going to this particular facility for years even before the current dentists had acquired the facility. However I have to edit my review as I received an out of the blue notice that they no longer accept my dental insurance (Presbyterian Senior Care). My wife and I now have to seek out and establish our dental care with another dentist. It just goes to show how good their staff and service actually is that I still give this facility two stars even though we can no longer use their services. If you have dental insurance that they accept or can afford to pay cash I highly recommend this facility as the support staff is the best.
