I had my first experience at Creekside today and it gave me insight into what a dental experience should be. Ashley did a great job and always let me know what she was doing before she did it. She was great at building rapport and I felt more comfortable during a cleaning than I have ever felt. This was my first cleaning in my 25 years that my gums weren’t dug into my utensils. Dr. Karl did a thorough examination and didn’t push to have things filled which was an issue I had at my previous dental office. He showed me what areas could potentially be a concern in the future but they aren’t an issue right now. 10/10 amazing experience.

Unethical, dishonest thieves. $800.00 for teeth cleaning on top of what they billed my insurance for, NEVER TELLING US THEY DON'T "PARTICIPATE" with ANY insurance companies. Yes, I am 100% insured for the services that they want an additional $800.00 for! They pressured me HARD for my credit card to charge me for an appointment I hadn't even been to yet! At least I didn't give it to them. Now 1/2 my teeth are clean and I have no dentist because I'm certainly not going back! If you want to take a second mortgage on your home to pay for teeth cleaning then this is the place for you! The front desk staff are liars who push you into appointments, fail miserably at communication and want your credit card numbers without even presenting you with a bill. Manipulation and thievery on a whole new level. Better Business Bureau is my next stop.

Every person in this office is super competent, friendly, patient and
helpful. My neighbor recommended Dr. Karl a couple of years ago and I've been going to Creekside Dentistry ever since. The office and treatment rooms are immaculate and comfortable. In my experience, routine cleanings are actually a relaxing treat. When I've had to have old, disintegrating fillings replaced, or new crowns made, the end results have always been perfection. I highly recommend this practice!

Today I had my first dental procedure in many years. I was terrified, but Dr. Karl was very straightforward, gentle and encouraging. The entire staff is wonderful. My girlfriend had an accident, and needed emergency dental work. They got her in immediately, and she highly recommended them when I decided It was time to face the music. It was very easy, and I would most certainly recommend them to anyone especially if you are uncomfortable with the idea of having dental work done. My mouth feels so clean! Thank you so much!

After several visits to one of the "corporate dental" (chains - ugh) locations in town, I finally listened to my husband and made an appointment at Creekside Dentistry. First of all, from the moment Linda answered the phone, she was beyond nice and helpful. They were able to get me an appointment the very next day - and after 5 as well, which is so convenient with my work schedule. The office is extremely modern and nice - water and coffee in the waiting room are a nice tough, although I didn't wait long. I saw Dr. Karl, and he was extremely thorough and thoughtful about my concerns, and I didn't feel rushed or dismissed at all. My cleaning was also at very high standards, and the hygienist even took a few steps to see if I could have another cleaning this year to get full value from my insurance. From start to finish, EVERYONE here goes the extra mile, and it shows. I'll never change dentists again!

I hadn't been to a dentist in over twenty years but after my last wisdom tooth left got infected I had no choice. Dr Karl was professional, friendly , funny and calming. He took the tooth out that first day pain free and it just got better from there. My hygienist Angela may have well been named angel. She did a great job making sure it was as painless as possible and she too is calming often singing with the song playing overhead. The girls at the front counter are always helpful, patient and pleasant. Even the employees I pass in the hall that I've never met say hi. I can't find a weak link in this chain. This might sound crazy but I look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend

So this was my 1st time there for dental work. A repair on a chip tooth and a crown replacement.
I usually need "laughing gas" to take the edge off. DIDN'T NEED IT! Shots were not a problem! It was a smooth sailing appointment! Everyone was fantastic!

I was referred to Creekside Dentistry by a co-worker who raved about the practice. After my first visit I understdood exactly all the hype. In the last 18 months I have had peridontal work, cleanings, fillings and a crown. Just the word crown used to make me shiver! Not anymore.
Patient Care & Understanding is obviously their top priority!
Dr. Karl has a great chair side manner and instantly puts you at ease. He talks to you in a language that you can understand and doesn't mind taking extra time to answer questions to make sure you know exactly what to expect. You could tell that he has taken extra care to learn everything there is to know about the procedures he uses on his patients and doesn't mind sharing that information.
Dr. Karl and his Dental Technician Rachel work well together as a team. They do the work quickly and with quality and care. They took great care to be gentle with my gums and surrounding areas so that the pain after major work was minimal.
Peridontal work is normally a scary word as well, but Angela is a pro and goes the extra step to make sure she gives her patients an education on the benefits of proper care and how to self administer that care.
Linda the scheduler is always happy and makes scheduling appointments easy, even if you have a crazy schedule to deal with. And Debbie in the billing department great connections with the insurance companies and really knows her stuff.
The office itself is beautiful and makes you feel calm.
I no longer mind going to the dentist!
