i went to this dr office because of all the positive reviews I saw and was looking forward to the visit. Unfortunately, I left not feeling the same. I was pleased with the receptionist who was nice and patient as I had an issue with the health card and she patiently worked through it. However, after being in the ofc for 2 1/2 hrs my teeth cleaning lasted 5mins. never been to a dentist and had a 5 mins cleaning...only the later part of what is a basic cleaning was done where the paste was added and cleaned off my teeth...no tools used to remove the plaque which has always been done at other dentists, no flossing, etc...instead I am recommended a deep cleaning. I never even received a basic one! i had to brush the teeth in the back of my mouth when I got home because the cleaning felt unfinished. Was hoping for a better experience...maybe the team should commit more time to each patients and the doctor provide a bit more oversight of the hygenists.

Dr Sandler does a excellent job. Just wish he wudnt bounce from patient to patient bcs it spreads germs. Holding a file or touching someone elses dentures n forgetting to change gloves can spread bacteria from person to person. Dr. Sandler please dnt touch items while working on someones mouth. Although I didn’t hav a appointment...he still worked on me aftr waiting 4hrs🙄. Slow but i was willing to wait bcs his wrk is excellent 👍🏽. With all the modern technology...why does it take 2weeks for my replacement tooth🤷🏽♀️. Ugh! Thx Dr. see you in 2weeks.

I have more problems now with the teeth this dr fixed than I ever had. So no. I don't recommend his office at all.

How do I start? I have been through a couple of dentist. The first dentist gave me 3 caps over my original teeth. One of the caps kept falling out of my mouth requiring me to have to visit the dentist several times to glue it back in. How embarrassing to have your tooth pop out your mouth and land on the floor when you are speaking with someone. Then after I had the second teeth two teeth capped I began to suffer pain. I decided to return to a previous dentist who explained to me that the root of the tooth had broken thus causing the pain. In August he ended up pulling all 4 teeth in between my K-9s. I was provided a flipper of 4 teeth to put in its place. The flippers were very uncomfortable as they were not meant to be permanent teeth. After several visits to this dentist, looking for parking, paying for parking, waiting approximately an hour and a half each visit. I still had no teeth. I experinced horrible communication between the dentist and his staff. I at this point decided that I would not return to this dentist. I sat down and Googled the best dentist in the Bronx. This is how I found my savior Dr. Sandler. I have added photos before with no teeth and after of Dr. Sandlers amazing work. This doctor on my very first visit after telling him what I had been through gave me my smile back. My new teeth are beautiful. In just 1 visit he completed all the work and my new teeth were in perfectly the following visit! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. If there were a way to provide 10 stars....Dr. Sandler office would have it! Thank you, thank you and thank you!

Even after missing several appointments, Dr. Sandler and his office staff welcomed me back with EXCELLENT service and care. I promise not to miss any more appointments. They are all a top notch team!

Had a 10 am appt. for a cleaning second person on the sign in sheet. Noon and still waiting. Seems they put 3 people ahead of me all 3 came in after me. When I complained Dr. says oh no, you are next. The hygienist is the best but don’t think I can stand this place any longer.

I read the previous review and I don't believe it!I just went for routine check up.The office is packed with patients and Dr.Sandler is the same charmer! He will do the back flip to please you!Come and see it for yourself.👍
