Best dentist I have ever been too. Great at explaining what and why he is doing. Always makes sure you are comfortable with the process. And for those with fear of dentist Dr Hauer is great and i used to hate going to Dentist but no long he has made me no longer fear the dental office.

I have a lot of dental work I may mouth and a lot of it is old and in need of repair. I told the dentist I want to make a plan for replacing/fixes areas where I'm having issues. They gave me the most thorough dental exam I've ever had, and I have an appointment with the dentist to review all of my issues and to make a plan for getting everything fixed. I really hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Ben really puts you at ease. I'm really enjoying this practice. The hygienist was awesome as well. She took pics of my teeth from a surface view so I could see how things looked. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I came to Concierge when my regular dentist of 30 years retired and I needed a couple of “projects“ done. Dr. Perna helped me through an oral surgery while Dr. Ben helped me with a pair of dental implants. Both were amazing in the procedures, went above and beyond to keep me informed on what was going on and we finished all my work in the time frame that we planned with great results.
Stephanie, Harris and the rest of the staff (I know I am forgetting some names!) provided amazing support along the way and answered all questions I had and even saw me immediately for an emergency visit.
Both Chase and Gwyn were exceptional with the finances side. They gave accurate estimates so there were no surprises or extra bills/fees, they let me know when and exactly how much I owed. My implants were HALF the price of what I was quoted from another dentist about a mile down Transit Rd at Clarence Center.
Finally smiling big after 2 years of putting this off. Thank you!!😁

This place is great! Everyone, from reception and administration to hygienists to assistants & the doctors are genuinely caring, helpful and extremely accommodating. Also, everyone there actually knows what they are doing and are always on point. Cannot speak highly enough about Concierge, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Besides the hygienists who have all been wonderful, the office staff and Dr Allen do not seem to care. There have been many clerical issues (once a few years ago they wrote the wrong time on my appointment card and double booked Dr Ben which is how I ended up with Dr Allen). They always seem to be accepting new patients but if you’re an existing patient who needs to reschedule a cleaning you’ll have to wait 6 months. Its frustrating when you have dental issues and a dentist who you feel like could care less about your pain and anxiety.
