I have had Dr. Pilatich the past several years and he was wonderful….very kind and addressed my fear of the dentist resulting in visits that kept me coming back for regular check-ups. I was recently introduced to Dr. Steres and once again he was kind and compassionate…..I got off track with my exams, due to Covid and scheduling, and he is now addressing problems that have come up with my teeth…a root canal and two extractions (I inherited poor teeth). Thanks to Dr. Steres and his assistant Ellen I have come through it all. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Observation on dental insurance in Greene County as well as the Capital Region is useless since very few offices take any dental insurance. What are we paying for when these businesses are out of network?
May 2022 visit
The last 2 visits I had different techs to clean my teeth. Not a good experience too much instability. The reason for me continuing to go to this practice was for consistency. Plus when being offered a appointment there were no choice beyond the first offered. The last time I had to change my appointment it took me over a year closer to 2 years to get my teeth cleaned. NOT GOOD
Second appointment went better, on time and had my tooth filled it took less than 1 hour and I was back on the road home again.Joanne Ward is the best!
