Upstate dental, the staff are very professional never a rush always looking to my best interest. Bobbie was my Hygienist, very informative and patient very detailed oriented. My teeth haven't felt this clean in years. In the past after every cleaning my gums would be sore for days. Bobbi did a remarkable job. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything she was doing. Next Dr. Cohn comes in. In the past, my exams would last maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Cohn was also very thorough and took the time to show me on the xrays what needed to be done. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. It was a very pleasant experience which is unusual for me when I go to the dentist. I would highly recommend this practice.

She listened to my concerns and we determined a game plan. You won't spend a fortune to fill a cavity, I found Upstate Family Dental very reasonable. First time at this office, and I couldn’t be happier with the friendliness, and professional staff at this office , my hygienist Bobb , is highly recommended!! She was very through, gentle and personable . Bobbi took her time, NOT a rushed cleaning .
