(What a welcome change from some of the other businesses that fall short in the customer service area...) Over a year ago, I gave this practice 5 stars, now my girls and I just went for a cleaning and it was a total disaster. The person that used to do our semi annual cleanings is not longer there. They are super booked and you need to wait over 8 months to do your next cleaning!! I felt so rushed the whole time and the cleaning was horrible. My girls teeth looked like there was no cleaning done. What a waste of time for me to leave work early, pick up the girls from school and for what. It bothers me how they can think doing this type of work is okay. I’m sure they won’t care that I won’t come back since they are so booked… well not sure how long that will last if they keep it up this way.
