I am new to the area and needed a new Dentist. My GPS was showing no direct route to the office so I called for directions. The receptionist raised her voice and scolded me for not being early as a new patient. I just needed a little direction. She hung up on me and I never made it to the actual Dentist.

If you were in place of me i know you wouldn't say thise because first i gave her the insurance paper and i asked her if you guys were working with that insurance company unfortunately she Started yelling at me like what is thise paper,why you brought thise paper i told her again that was insurance paper but she wasn't interested to help me.i know you are on her side but she was the one who rude first.first she need to be trained how to welcome customer!!

dr. anissi and her receptionist have absolutely horrible attitudes and are extremely rude. office tends to double book quite a lot.

Regret going there, very poor quality of of work and unprofessional staff members. They feel like they can raise their voice on paying customers. One of the staff members is not fluent in English and is very hard to understand.
