I was having some pain and needed an emergency extraction. When I called an asked if they had a surgeon the receptionist said no but would give me a referral. Once I arrived, I was having issues with my insurance # and he was very patient in assisting with that. It took close to 30mn to get the member ID but was really patient with me. I was able to get the referral and the oral surgeon they sent me to did such a phenomenal job. Overall very pleased to have visited today.

If you don't like to go to dentists but you need to go, find Dr. Murdukhayev. He is nice and fast. I went there because my crown from another dentist broke. He told me why It broke and what to watch out for, and I replaced it with a stronger one. He uses a 3d scanner to check the tooth structure. It is incredibly fast and accurate. After getting the new crown, it fits me perfectly.

I had a very good experience at Astoria City Dental. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and did not have to wait when I arrived. The staff were nice and helpful. The dentist took his time discussing options. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very nice and did a great job. I will continue to go to this dentist

Was looking for a local Astoria dentist that took my insurance (Cigna PPO). Came across Astoria City Dental and they were able to get me an appointment early morning the next day.

It's a new practice and everyone working there is young and very kind + knowledgeable. I went for a 6-month checkup with cleaning and they did a great job. The cleaning was gentle and thoroughly done.

I can't think of any complaints. There was no waiting, all the paperwork is done digitally, and it was a smooth process overall.

I noticed that on Google Maps it shows the entrance as like a door on the side of the building. It's actually through the main entrance of the building, just look out for a sign that says Dental and you can't miss it.

Will definitely be coming back!

Greatest dental office that i have ever been to! The staff is super friendly and professional they will make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the doors! The office is clean and organized! Best service, so happy with going here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I found Astoria City Dental on Zocdoc. I was about to quit my job and lose my insurance (don't be afraid to leave a toxic work environment!!!) And wanted an appointment asap to address a cracked filling. I was able to get a next day Sunday appointment which is unheard of. I was seen right away, wait time was under 5 minutes. Everyone in the office is sublime! Dr Pleshty was incredibly informative and thoroughly explained my options. Before I made any decisions on care the owner of the practice came into the room with a print out of the treatment options. It listed the cost, what my insurance would cover, and what I would owe. It was the most transparent dentist's office that I have ever experienced on the financial side. The hygienist, whose name I didn't get and I regret that, was phenomenal. She gave me a very thorough cleaning but also the most gentle one. I've had cleanings with the electric descaler before that hurt even with topical numbing gel, with no numbing I didn't feel the descaling yet could tell that my teeth were incredibly clean. She's so nice and attentive. I went back two weeks later to get a crown and again it was a phenomenal experience. I will absolutely continue going to this office, it is the most positive dental experience I've ever had.

The staff is very accommodating, and Dr. Arsen is very knowledgeable. It’s very hard to find a dentist that cares about the work they do and the patients they have. Dr. Arsen told me what I needed to get done and made me feel comfortable with my options and on top of all of this, they offer financing for treatments. I’ll definitely be doing my dental work here from now on & I recommend this dentist to anyone

I heard a lot about the implants they offer at this dental office and really needed one for a long time. I am so happy my friend recommended this dental office. Dr. Murdakhayev was professional, explained each step he was taking with patience, he was even sensitive to my pain tolerance. I would definitely recommend this dental office.
