I was recommended by another patient who is the wife of my boss. My boss said that his wife loves this dental office. I can see why. I needed a second opinion due to an unpleasant experience elsewhere. This office is out of my way, but from what I heard it was worth the trip. The receptionist Anne Marie was extremely pleasant. I gave my name and she remembered me from our phone call. I only sat for perhaps 15 minutes when Dr. Jessica Lang collected me. She was also extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, she was also personable. She was able to tell me what needed to be done and all my options and long term effects. She was also able to take care of me right then and there which I’m sure doesn’t always happen depending on what needs to be done, but I was overjoyed to hear what I didn’t at the other office I was a patient at. The procedure went down without a hitch and she was flawless and made me feel at ease. After Anne Marie was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the billing and making sure I understood and answered my question. I am so happy I decided to go with the recommendation. I highly recommend this office to anyone especially if you have any dental anxiety.
