Rachel was great! Her service and care were consistent with the entire
My Saratoga Dentist practice. She was productive ,thorough , informative all while making the experience pleasant and personal.

It is hard to find a dental office that you don’t dread going to but this office is very welcoming. The staff are friendly and Rachel and Dr. Osinski are very accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Lisa is the best dental hygienist. I have been going to My Saratoga Dentist for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Great people!

I had been going to My Saratoga Dentist for years but due to recent negative experiences I would not recommend it. They contacted me and told me I was due for my 6 month cleaning and needed to schedule an appointment. After the cleaning they let me know it was actually a month early and I now owe over $100 since it’s no longer covered by insurance.

To say I have a fear of dentists is an understatement. But from the start of my visit, Christie, the dentist's assistant was calming and attentive to my needs. The entire dental procedure was a totally pain free experience. I have found my dentist!

It was as if the Dentist Gods were watching over me when I met the extremely talented Dr. Ryan Osinski & his staff.
15 years prior I chipped my front tooth pretty severely.
I was lucky in the sense that a Dentist was able to successfully bond my front tooth back into one.

Now, fast forward 15 years later to New Years Eve, 2020.
I’m a professional Nanny & was driving to my family.
I had noticed something between my front teeth and went to quickly floss before I arrived.
BAM! That’s when it happened..my front tooth was no longer a front tooth...it was half a front tooth.
I’m not sure if anyone’s seen themselves with half a front tooth but it’s absolutely mortifying.

I immediately got on the phone with my Dentist.
They said they were simply booked and done for the day as it was New Years Eve.
I panicked.
Between my Mother and I we called a total of 9 different Dentists, none of which were able to help.
My Saratoga Dentist was the 9th place my Mom tried.
They were closing at 1, but said not to worry and come in.
I was truly blessed walking into My Saratoga Dentist.
I was welcomed into a warm, and modern office accompanied with a extremely personable receptionist. (who took care of almost all of my paper work prior, this was an emergency here!!)
The experience continued to flourish from there.
Shortly after, I was greeted by the Dental Hygienist.
She explained the spaces and answered every question I had. It was clear this women was extremely knowledgeable and confident within her title and certainly put me at ease.

Lastly, it was Dr. Osinski who put the icing on the cake!
Naturally I was nervous, and didn’t know what to expect both during the procedure and most importantly the outcome of the procedure.
Dr. Osinski did an extremely phenomenal job!
My front tooth matched my other teeth beautifully.
It was almost as if he did it effortlessly.
The color, shape, and size of my new finished front tooth was remarkable.
Though the office closed at 1, no one seemed to be in any rush.
Dr. Osinski, and his staff were so personable, comforting and over the top talented!
From start to finish the procedure took about 30-45 minutes.
When we were finished I couldn’t help but ask if he was ready to whiten my teeth next! Lol.

Dr. Osinski will be my new Dentist and I am truly
blessed to have found such a dedicated, outstanding, and knowledgeable Dental group.
Thank you to everyone at the Osinski office who saved my smile last day of 2020...literally!

I love this dentist, I love my hygienist (Lisa). And I dislike going to the dentist at least as much as anyone. They relax me. They listen!! They tell me everything they are going to do before they do it. I am allowed to veto it, though I know that is not always a good idea. I never miss an appointment. I go every six months because I know this is the way to avoid seeing them any time more often!! Couldn't recommend a dentist office more.

This is a terribly unprofessional and unorganized practice. I was a first time patient and they sent me two forms by email to fill out which I did. I then arrived at the office and had five more forms to fill out. After I did all of this they informed me that they didn’t accept my insurance. As far as I know Delta dental is the only dental insurance that exists in the world. That’s all there is: Delta dental. So how was it not accepted? I told them what my insurance was on the phone when I booked. They only have 3 seats in the waiting room so maybe it’s a capacity issue. But just say you’re not accepting new patients, jeez.

Everyone in this practice is incredibly welcoming and kind. The office is gorgeous and they make patients’ comfort top priority. I highly recommend Dr. Osinsky and his team!

Staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Osinski was very thorough and gave his honest opinion of my situation. He genuinely showed he cared and was thoughtful in his recommendations. I would highly recommend!
