AWFUL! Customer service has gone down hill since Levine and christy left. Even the receptionist kelly is rude and snippy. Best thing I ever did was leave that place and my husband did as well. $698 for too front teeth to be fixed, then the day before my appointment they decide they don't want to do those two teeth they want to do other teeth when this is what was already planned. So I told him I wanted my records which they said they weren't going to give to me and I wanted to leave to go to another dentist. That was with the young receptionist in the front. When I spoke with the older receptionist in the back of the room she was very nice and made sure that all my records were transferred to the new dentist who I love and charge me $112 to fix my two front teeth he did wonderful work at Potvin&Potvin!!!

Had a toothache and my current dentist couldn't get me in no sooner than Friday, I called South glensfalls family dentistry and they got me in the next day! They did a root canal right then and there! I am absolutely switching my dentist to this dentist, Dr. Lee is amazing and all of the staff are very professional and very nice! Highly recommend if you need any work done on your teeth!

the staff here are wonderful. Never liked going to the dentist due to past traumatic experiences at other places. They are gentle, explain everything they are doing, and are always making sure you are comfortable. highly recommended!
