Said they accepted my insurance. Received a $50 bill for a CLEANING anyways. And it wasn’t even a good cleaning. I had to go to my other dentist an hour away to confirm it was haphazardly done. I was given a dirty toothbrush at the end of my visit as well. And I never received any paperwork in the mail like they said I would regarding a mouth guard. IM NOT PAYING THIS BILL!

Dr Kline is a great. He is always a good person in an emergency. He fixed gold crown that fell out. Scale of 1/10 He is a ten, in my book.

Yanks out your wisdom teeth when you don’t need it so he can get that insurance cheddar, and sends you home without pain meds. Makes rude comments about your teeth. Steer clear, folks.

Came in with a slightly chipped tooth and Dr. Klein fixed it right up. After their last cleaning I finally got rid of the last of the tartar on my bottom inner teeth that had been there since forever. Learned that bleeding gums when trying to floss are caused by not flossing regularly. Started flossing and am taking much better care of my teeth now.

I have seen Dr Klirn 4 or 5 times. I am in a wheelchair and need to use a walker to get to exam chair. Dr. Klein is very patient and helpful. He is also very kind. I have recommended him to friends. Thank you Dr. KLEIN

I only missed two appointments due to lack of transportation, and now they won’t take me, knowing it’s so hard to find a dentist. My last appointment I went to, I wanted the huge cavity fixed so I didn’t have to get a removal, they ended up just doing the small fillings. Now I’m calling a bunch of dentists to see if they’ll take me because I’m in so much pain right now..

If I could give him a zero star I would, don’t go to this guy he is greedy and dishonest. I spent over $5000 probably closer to $7000 on inferior dental care at his office and it was all out of pocket and nothing was cover by insurance. He convinced me I needed crown work done. He took advantage of me and my situation. Shortly after he put a crown on my back molar my tooth became infected. I called his office and tried to get an appointment to go back on an emergency visit. I was in excruciating pain and my face was swelling up, but they would not see me right away that I would have to wait a week. I am a recovered cancer patient and waiting that long was not an option and they knew this. I had no other choice but to go to go to another dentist, who by the way had no problem getting me in on an emergency visit. Dr Klein’s office also refused to give me my dental records when I asked for them claiming it was their property. They are extremely dishonest, unprofessional, and unsympathetic to the condition that they put me in. They took my money and kept my dental records, so I had to start all over with the new dentist and the tooth that cost me $2000 for the crown he put on had to be pulled just a few months after Dr Klein did the procedure 😡.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klein for many years. I have had nothing but positive experiences and quality treatment from both the Dr. and his staff. If you are looking for a dentist I would not hesitate to make this your dentist office.

I never even met him! I called for an appointment- they never called back. I called again and the staff was very pleasant. She said she never got the message to return my call (from my understanding there are only two office people there). I set a time and then I got a call late in the day the day before asking me to come at an earlier time since the Dr had to change his schedule (understandable and not a problem). I walk into the office 10 minutes early (there was one other person already there- not sure if a patient or waiting for the person in with the doctor) and there was no one at the desk. The Dr did step out into the office area but did not look up or acknowledge either of us. I waited for 5 minutes past my appointment time. Since no one ever came out to the office I finally left. I heard them talking many times from the patient room and it was not about dentistry work so I would have thought they would have had time to at least acknowledge me and that they were running a bit late. Apparently my time has no value to them! Hard to believe in this day and age that common courtesy cannot be followed in an office situation. It would have just taken a moment to acknowledge me and to say they would be with me shortly. by either the doctor or the staff. Since I had an issue in just making an appointment and then never even talking to anyone in the office when I was asked to be there at a new time for the Dr's convenience, I figured they just don't put the patient first. Am I picky- perhaps. But the fact of the matter is I had never been to this office before and if I am looking for a long term relationship with a doctor and his staff, I want to make sure I go to someone that values the patient and their time. I certainly did not get that feeling in either of my brief encounters. For all I know he could be a great guy, a great dentist and have a great office staff, but if my brief encounters are any indication, his managing of the office and customer attention don't show it. I never heard back from them- maybe they are too scared to call. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rated him 3 stars when I know many in my situation would have given just 1.

I wish I could rate him less than one. I took my 4 year old daughter there and he gave her x-rays. Then said she had 2 cavities. He said my wife had 8 cavities and I had 3. We went to a different dentist and they said my daughter didn't have any. My wife had 2. And I didn't have any. He is such a scam just wants to charge as much as possible to pay for his new car. Doesn't care about his patients only his money. Especially since his equipment is outdated and breaking. But how do you say a 4 year old needs to have cavities filled if she doesn't
