I have read the few negative reviews here and have to say that all of my encounters with Dr. Sandler and her staff have been very positive and friendly. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw the critical ones. I cannot disagree more. Dr. Sandler is simply the best dentist I have ever been to and due to moving a lot in my life, I have seen many. Her demeanor is so pleasant and soothing and she is so personable. I just adore her. The office is very clean, bright and cheery. Everything one could want when putting themselves in a vulnerable position. Also, due to a chronic health condition, Dr. Sandler took extra precautions with me, and I didn't have to ask, which tells me she read my history carefully. The receptionist always checks temps on incoming patients, and since I had to wait for my rides, I saw this happen repeatedly. I doubt Dr. Sandler even needs a great review because the office is always very busy. Never have I enjoyed seeing a dentist before. Also, when I had a tooth flare up after a procedure, they got me in right away, at the end of the day, which is such an important quality of a great dentist. She also accepts Fidelis Medicaid, which is something I wish I could advertise to the North Country because I know of so many locals in need who are not aware of this. I called in late August and was seen in early October. Even with COVID, she fit me in. It's my honest opinion that this practice gives the best dental care around. Dr. Sandler is saving my teeth from a brutal disease and I couldn't be more thankful. Love love love <3

My wife & I have going to Dr Sandler for close to 10 years now. She is a true professional, maybe the best dentist I have ever been to. She is fast, precise and knows exactly what to do. Does general dentistry and beyond. Her office staff, Ellen & Christa are friendly and her son does the cleanings. Unless you have some unusual oral medical need, implant or need to see a specialist, she pretty much does it all. Highly recommend.

I had some major dental work done by Ralcua back in 1995 and they thought I was going to loose two of my teeth. I don't know what Raluca did but they're still in tact!! 5☆ service!

Professional in the dental aspect of things. Great dentist but don’t miss more than one appointment ever whether it’s in a row or not they’ll blacklist you and tell you to go somewhere else. Also with the current conditions of today’s world they aren’t following any of the COVID requirements they way they should be. Personally I don’t think they should be open at this time😁

The staff and dr raluca are always nice to me. Im definately comfortable going there. I've only been there four or five times and hygienist remember what I did for a living. It's the little things that make you feel like your just not another patience.
