When I first called, the receptionist was friendly,patient, kind and very clear answering my questions. When I walked in the door, I was very warmly greeted too! (that was important to me:) Then, again very warmly greeted in the room by Dr. Rioseco & his assistant. His assistant was also very patient and clear when she explained things to me. Dr. Rioseco patiently listened to my story and he talked with me about my situation. Then after checking my teeth carefully and taking some x-rays, Dr. Rioseco gave me his professional opinion on what to do. I appreciated how direct he was; seemed like a 'straight shooter' as they say. He was also friendly and very kind. I only just met him, but felt that I could trust his advice and I am thankful I found him! p.s. I was super happy to meet his doggy too! ;)

Dr. Rioseco will take excellent care of your teeth in his immaculate, spa-like office! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a wonderful hygienist who is amazing!

While I am sure that the dentist is EXTREMELY good at what he does, this does not give him license to treat both his patients and staff like garbage. While waiting in the lounge, Dr. Rob Rioseco took a call from another patient and was extremely condescending and rude to her on the phone. The rest of the visit just got worse as Dr. Rioseco proceeded to treat his dental hygienist horribly by yelling at her in front of me. He also insulted the look of my teeth multiple times during the consultation. Unfortunately the secretary was not much better, taking her cues from the doctor and being extremely insulting. There are other dentists that are just as good IF NOT BETTER and somehow manage to retain a certain level of respect for both their peers and patients. STAY FAR AWAY!
