I had the best experience at Tischler and Patch Dental. I am quite anxious about visiting the dentist office as are many people; however the staff went out of their way to make my experience comfortable, professional and calming. I saw Isabelle for my deep cleaning and she was outstanding. She went above and beyond to calm my fears and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She was gentle and checked in with me often to make sure that I was doing okay during the treatment. I would highly recommend her when visiting the practice. Dr. Claudia Patch was kind, welcoming, professional and also went above and beyond with my dental care. I am actually looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Claudia Patch and Isabelle.

Tischler & Patch Dental is the WORST dentist in the area. I should’ve paid attention to the poor reviews I'd read about them online... One of their dentists, Bethany Wong had permanently damaged my front teeth. I now have to pay a fortune to get it fixed, and my front row of teeth will never look normal again. If you value your teeth, I would really steer clear of this practice. They seem to enjoy abusing their regular clients. They’re really uptight and angry. I once got a reamed out by one of their young hygienists for brushing too hard… Seriously??? They have rude, passive-aggressive surly staff with inferiority complexes, who take it upon themselves to literally YELL at you, interrupting you as you're trying to calmly schedule an appointment and work out a time issue. They take their miserable dispositions out on you, expecting you to take it. Claudia Patch has NO idea how poor her dentists are, and how rude her staff is, and what's more- she probably doesn't care. Their "Gucci" dental prices are also a dead giveaway. Just look at their building. To pay for it, and their lavish income, they try to unnecessarily extend office visits and grossly over-charge for their services. They do this in an obvious attempt to extract more money from their customers, which is completely dishonest and deplorable.

Dr. Tischler & Dr. Patch are great to deal with. Their staff is always so friendly and cares a lot about their patients. They always listen to my concerns, no matter how small. They set a professional yet comfortable environment. I hate getting my teeth worked on, so I feel especially greatful for the level of comfort they always provide.

That atmosphere as you walk in this office is calming and relaxing. Every staff member is warm and welcoming. Whether I’m going in for a routine visit or for something more extensive, I am at ease and feel all my options are explained and any questions answered. I just love Dr. Claudia Patch, her professionalism and her sense of humor. I highly recommend Tischler & Patch.

I LOVE this dental practice!! T & P provide a clean, friendly and welcoming experience- from the moment you drive onto the immaculate grounds, through to the time you rinse your sparkling clean mouth! A+ customer/patient service!! I Love Heidi, my hygienist (and not because we share a very awesome name) - she listens, remembers things about my family and is super gentle! Claudia Patch is always so kind, professional and always on time! I never have to wait for her to review my cleaning. I highly recommend!!!

I called T&P late Thursday reporting I had just fractured a tooth. I was in the chair at 12:30 the next day and my tooth was repaired beautifully within the hour. No discomfort to speak of. Dr P and her assistant were both professional and very pleasant to spend time with. Highly recommended!

If you haven't tried Tischler & Patch Dentistry for your dental cleanings, i would highly recommend them. Im the nervous type, but my hygienist Heidi made me feel absolutely comfortable and calm. She was fast and very competent. They used a massage chair in the room during my procedure which made this a 6 star experience in my book. I mean who relaxes at the dental office? Well now I know I can. I surprised myself by actually looking forward to my next appointment at Tischler & Patch Dentistry in Woodstock N.Y. Give them a try, I know you wont be disappointed.

The staff and providers at Tischler Dental were extremely friendly and down to earth. They are genuinely caring and helpful. I received an educational consultation which addressed all of my concerns about treatment. Everyone from the front desk to checkout treated me like family. The office and decor is extremely beautiful and comforting.

I have been a patient there for many years. Many different issues...Dr Claudia is more than outstanding. I highly recommend her for the person who has that phobia She is kind and gentle. My hygienist is TJ...She is so fantastic. The most gentle ever!!

After having been a client of Tischler and Patch for several years now, I can happily say that they come through with flying colors every visit with excellence in the total dentistry experience. I’ve never left their office with a negative experience. That says a lot about the staff who are awesome in their treatment of my family every time we come in. Technically they are amazing and combined with their kind and gentle approach I can’t imagine much better.
