Alicia Rodriguez has been my family's dentist for many years. She is a terrific and highly skilled dentist, with state of the art equipment and a friendly and helpful staff. It is always good to have a dentist that you trust -- someone who always has a plan and has your best dental health in mind. It's also good to know that you can also turn to a friendly face at the front of the office when you need someone to patiently walk you through an insurance or billing issue, as well. Dr. Rodriguez's rates are competitive and she always presents you with multiple options whenever you are looking at a dental procedure of any kind. It's nice going to the dentist when you don't dread going to the dentist!

Lela at the front desk is SO helpful with scheduling, especially for emergency/last minute appointments. Dr. Rodriguez truly cares about her patients and does great work. This dentist, Dr. Rodriguez is one in a million! She and her staff are the most professional, proficient, and caring group of people that I know. I have had major dental issues from a fall, I went to a couple of other dentists for consultation and treatment, nothing had worked up until now. I just can't say enough about Dr. Rodriguez, she has come in her office to treat me on her day off! She wants the very best results for her patients and has the highest standards possible. She does not settle for, ” will be okay”, she has very high expectations and sticks with the lab until she gets the best possible results. The lab that she works with knows that she expects the best that they have for her patients. I would take my mother there, my kids and grandkids, she is absolutely the best and no questions ask!

She will make sure that you understand the process and agree to all the work being done prior to beginning anything. I recently had a very complicated and long procedure and she and her staff were wonderful. I have had many dentists over the years and she is one of the best.

From the get-go this office takes care of their patients. Layla at the front desk is absolutely fantastic, so friendly and eager to listen and then help navigate anything. Dr. Rodriguez is kind, but doesn’t sugarcoat what your dental situation is. She will go out of her way to help you strategize and prioritize if you need extensive work done. The rest of the staff is caring, quick and knowledgeable. I knew I would need extensive dental work done due to a medical condition. I had been quoted over $2,500 for the work, was upfront about financial constraints and Dr. Rodriguez made sure I was able to get the work done that was needed for a fraction of what other dental offices quoted. My husband plans to start as a patient as well and they will definitely be our dental care provider while located in Asheville.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Rodriguez for 15 years or more. Her office staff is helpful and friendly, they run on time (no waiting at the dentist 30 minutes just to get in), and they always go the extra mile to help out. Dr. Rodriguez herself is great - my 4 kids love going to the dentist and have had nothing but positive experiences with her. She does what needs to be done but is not constantly trying to upsell you unnecessary work like my last dentist. And a special shout out to Debi the hygienist- she's awesome!
