TrueCare Dentistry

Dr. Gundecha is the best dentist I have ever had. The work he and his staff do is nothing less than perfect. I have struggled my entire life with dental issues and the embarrassment that comes with it. I almost cried after having my front teeth corrected today and being able to see my real smile without the stress marks that my braces left 10 years ago, or the wear that my own neglect caused. Dr. Gundecha and Sam have always provided excellent results without judgement, yet still manage to be honest and professional about the future care of my teeth. I highly recommend them for any and all dental care!

I have never left a dentist office as happy (& with my teeth so clean). If you don’t love your dentist I highly recommend you try TrueCare. I had an immaculate cleaning and even had a small chip repaired they did an incredible job! Being self pay I was also pleasantly surprised at their affordability.
I will stick with TrueCare for the foreseeable future.

What a fantastic place to get your dental needs met. The staff here is super friendly, professional, and caring, specially Dr. Cucchi and dental hygienist Olivia. They go above and beyond with their tasks. They make you feel right at home. While they are completing the task on your teeth, they constantly check up on you and make sure you are doing well. This office is one of those few offices that does not sell you things “just to sell”. If they truly think you need it, they will let you know and explain. Overall, they provide excellent patient care! I would recommend this office and recommend getting your teeth cleaned by Olivia and checked by Dr. Cucchi!

Update 9/1/22:
I broke part of my tooth while biting something hard. I called Truecare Dentistry and they were so quick on getting me an appointment as soon as possible. The day of the appointment went phenomenal. My tooth looks good as new, as if nothing had every happens to it. Thank you to all the staff at Truecare Dentistry!!! (Pictures of before and after are uploaded)

9/8/22:
Today I came in to get my teeth cleaned and checked. Ms. Olivia was so wonderful and gentle with my teeth and gums. She made my teeth feel so clean and so “new”. She even went the extra mile to educate me on flossing and demonstrated it. Dr. Cucchi was so nice and professional. She took a look at my teeth and X-rays. She gave me some great suggestions and showed me why. Thank you again to these two amazing ladies and to Truecare Dentistry!!!

I don't know why I didn't write a review before. Dr. Lawrence has been my dentist for 18 years. Yesterday, I got my first crown at age 48. No pain. No anxiety. I am getting very good care and the quality of his work his excellent.

Dr. Lawrence has done a great job keeping everything sanitized and safe for everyone (always was). Staff is so friendly and nice. Theresa did a great job cleaning my teeth as always. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gundecha and his team of professionals! I was apprehensive about starting over with a "new" dentist when Dr. Ferri retired but Dr. Gundecha is wonderful. He's very skilled, explains things simply but completely, provides options, is always focused on your comfort, works quickly but expertly, is very personable and has a great sense of humor to boot. He removed a wisdom tooth for me truly before I knew it and did it so well that I was able to go back to work the next day. The clinical team is outstanding as well. Samantha is fantastic --- she really puts you at ease, makes sure you're comfortable at all times, is a true professional and is one of those people you feel like you've known for years even after just meeting her because she's so friendly (she's got a great sense of humor as well). Dr. Gundecha and Samantha were actually able to making having a wisdom tooth pulled (with only a local anesthetic) a pleasant experience! Brenda is great with patients of all ages, including our special needs child who just adores her. Sylvia, Lenise, and Bonnie (the administrative team) are always on top of things and ready to help in any way possible. They work hard to accommodate your schedule and handle all billing issues with an incredibly upbeat attitude. They always remember who you are and seem genuinely happy to see you. All in all, I don't think you can find a better team of professionals to trust for your dental care than Dr. Gundecha and his team --- they are all outstanding!

Simply the best Dental office in Cary! Amazing, experienced staff from the front desk folks to the dental hygienist to the dentists! They are patient, kind, accommodating, professional, and responsive.

Friendly and efficient with time- no delays!

Dr Lawrence and Dr Gundecha have their team well prepared to provide dental care during the Covid period. I have been going there for years and had no concerns with going to my appointment.

I was a little reluctant to visit the dentist in the pandemic but they had already rescheduled me twice.

I was very impressed with their new sanitation and social distancing policies and felt completely safe. Thanks to all the staff and especially Sylvia and Dr. G!
