I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s never fun looking for a new doctor and I had no idea where to start, searched on Google and noticed this particular office was close by and had great reviews. From the front desk to the assistant to the Dr. himself, it doesn’t get better. Everything was made easy, everyone was pleasant and the visit was quick and efficient for my first time. This will be my dentist’s office as long as I live in Charlotte!

I almost turned around when I first walked through the door ! The place was beautiful , too beautiful for a dentist office . That was a joke, I was impressed with the style ; modern, chic, classy , very upper echelon .
The staff was very professional and they all had beautiful smiles.
On my second visit we had a slight issue when they ran 30 minutes late for my appointment. I’m pretty easy going so I wasn’t going to mention it although It made me feel a little anxious. At the end of my visit Dr. K presented me a gift card for the wait . I was more relieved and satisfied with them just acknowledging they were running a little behind.
In regards to the treatment Dr.K was very easy and gentle with the procedures , they also allowed me to give signals when and if I felt any discomfort from the procedures (there was little to no discomfort for me)
So I will say that I love this dentist and I would recommend it to others.

Customer service was fantastic, facility was very nice, clean, and modern. This review will be primarily focused on their general dentistry practice and not a reflection of the full depth and breath of services that they provide and I imagine they excel at:
The dentist personable but didn’t spend much time and the cleaning didn’t feel as thorough as I’ve come to expect over the years. The treatment plans presented were, in my opinion, a bit much and over prescribed. A night guard for more than $600+, that’s almost double what I’ve been quoted at other dentists.
I’ve established trust in, and loyalty to, other dentists in the past by their willingness to put their customer’s first e.g. at other dentists they’ve provided the touch of media atop a slightly worn tooth (which wears off) for free but here that service costs $100+ a tooth. That’s steep for a service that is fairly temporary. It could be that they are new and trying to build up capital to help get them going but I’d prefer if it not be at my expense and would rather find a regular dentist that I feel like I can build a trusting relationship with and who won’t over prescribe services but rather consider the customer service/human side of all this.
If you want somewhere to get in quick that seems clean and professional - this is a good choice! Also it seems like a great place to get implants etc. but the general dentistry practice leave something to be desired.

I am new to Charlotte and came here to get work done. The staff are very nice and the facilities are state of the art. Dr. K is a great dentist and makes an effort to explain all of the procedures to you and is not looking to make money off you. He will try to do the work that your teeth require but not more. Highly recommend.
