Really loved this practice when my family started visiting 6 years ago. Since then, the primary dentist, Dr. Ostrow, sold the practice to her partner.
Unfortunately, service has really taken a plunge. They've had several changes in staff and the familial environment of everyone knowing your name has disappeared. For the last two times we've gone, they've lost our previous insurance information and told us it was a system issue, making us jump through hoops to get the info. We were there for 45 minutes just waiting to be called back for a cleaning during our visit today.
Was trying to give them a chance to settle in to new ownership, but it's time for us to move on.

My experience with this dentistry was over WONDERFUL!! From the phone call earlier that morning in pain the receptionist made me feel more than welcome and wanted to get me some help !! Then the ladies in the back made the rest of my visit smooth sailing and quick with LOTS of smiles..!!
