Overall every aspect of the visit was great. I was having a dental emergency and they saw me quickly, assessed the condition, and performed expertly. The office is beautiful as well; a far cry from the stereotypical cold clinical feel.

Very clean and fancy. I received a brief tour of the very beautiful office, on my way in. My view in my exam room was so relaxing. There’s a large window with a very serene waterfall on the other side. It really decreases any anxieties you have about going to a Dentist. All, I mean each and EVERY staff member there, were very friendly and extremely professional. They all explain everything they do, every step of the way. I received so much education and knowledge along the way. The dentist’s assistant was so positive and uplifting. I felt so comfortable there. I’ve never had a more THOROUGH dental exam in my life! The doctor was able to tie in other aspects of my life and health into my dental care. He was so informative and taught me a lot. My hygienist did a lot of education, too, and she was so nice. She also provided me extra comfort for my cleaning because of my extreme sensitivity. On the way out, I was given all necessary forms filled out and ready to send to my insurance for reimbursement. Everyone was just so awesome here!!!

Finding a dentist in a new place is always stressful. I'm glad I decided to give Peak Dentistry a try. Waiting times for appointments are near nonexistent, the staff is always pleasant, and the dentist has done some amazing work. (had a bit of catchup to do on my teeth) I definitely recommend.

I have never had such a positive experience at a dental office in my life! The staff are all very friendly, patient and caring. Dr. Joseph Ramellini is very knowledgeable about orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, he did excellent work, he listened to my needs and was honest with me, worked within my budget, removed my braces so I did not have to travel out of state to do so and gave me a smile I can finally feel confident about. I can’t recommend this practice enough and I am thankful to have found a great dentist here in WNC!

The entire staff made the experience wonderful from schedule the visit to rescheduling mine next appointment.
I live in Atlanta and the 3 hour drive is absolutely worth it. I never had such a wonderful experience at the Dentist and I look forward to my next one!
