Omg, we absolutely ❤️ LOVE ❤️& highly recommend Eden family dentistry. Doctor/Dentist Insook Smith is Amazing, awesome, & as gentle as she can be. She & her staff really care about your dental health, as well as YOU as a person. They do a great, amazing, absolutely outstanding job. We actually look forward to going to such an amazing dentist office. Sincerely Brim family definitely 5 ⭐!!!

Dr.Smith and staff are fantastic very good Dentist very intelligent and caring has worked and fixed many of my teeth... By far the BEST Dentist 🦷 and staff in Eden and they basically take any insurance so can't get any better than that! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ✨

Had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Smith and didnt have any problems. Never was there any pain during or afterwards. She and her office staff were very pleasant. I would most definitely highly reccomend this Dental practice.

Had a crown put on one of my upper back tooth. Had an appointment at 1:30 pm. Didn't get out of there till 6:00 pm. This was a long day. Still to today. My gum is still very sore.

I would stay away from this practice. I Left a message over the weekend and then attempted to call all day on a Monday to get in for an emergency appointment. They never called and I did not get through. Evidently they don't need patients to keep their business operating.

I called this office at 3 the time say they close at 5:30 , the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude . I asked about scheduling an appointment she said she couldnt come in today , I was just trying to schedule her an appointment, I then asked her the hours which they close at five she said the dentist was gone for today if I need emergency assistance to call the hot line and she couldnt help me said thank you and goodbye not leaving an emergency number or anything . We just moved here from Florida I must say the way she rushed off the phone showed me she had no southern hospitality

Dr. Smith is the best dentist. She took care of my whole family and was very considerate in the whole process.

I was a new patient at this dentist office in 05/2015 and this dentist office is still sending me a past due bill for the entire amount of my first cleaning and visit. I provided them with my insurance card from PAI on 05/2015 and they even made a copy of it; however, the representative at the dentist office never entered the new updated insurance information into the system; therefore, they filed my claim with the wrong insurance company (Heritage Dental) the insurance company that I had in 2010 and the claim was denied. It is now 12/2016 and I no longer have that particular insurance (PAI) because my employer changed providers. Instead of the dentist office verifying that they processed the claim with the correct insurance company they continue to bill me and pursue this as a bad debit on my behalf when this was their mistake. When I spoke to my previous insurance company (PAI) they even stated that I had coverage but this dentist office never submitted a claim to them during this time. The statute of limitations was one year which has passed so the original insurance company will not pay the claim now, which I do not blame them. After multiple phone calls to this dentist office, and pleading with them, the office manager stated she is new and cleaning up someone else's mess. GO FIGURE!!! The only thing she can do is split the $338 bill in half with me which consist of $76.06 in late fees and finance charges. I will file a Better Business Bureau complaint and possibly seek legal action if this is turned over to a collections agency or placed on my credit report. I would not recommend this dentist unless you are looking for a nightmare!!! A Very Concerned Patient.

You can tell service is their priority for their dentistry. They treat their patients with so much care and I can’t thank them enough for the service they provide to the community.
