Dr. Piper and his team are all rock stars! I avoided the dentist for years, until I met this fantastic team. They go out of their way to make you comfortable, create a plan and execute it to perfection.

Everyone is all smiles from the moment you walk in. If you are in need of a dentist or a cleaning for young or old, I could not more highly recommend this team of professionals!

I flossed out a filling the day before flying to Canada for 5 days and felt pain and sensitivity in my mouth. After calling about a dozen other dentists asking for emergency care with no luck, the lovely receptionist at Piedmont (Patty) said that they were busy but they "never turn away anyone in pain".

I have always hated going to the dentist, and I can confidently say that this was the BEST experience I have ever had. Mackenzie, the hygienist, was sweet and chatted with ease (which was VERY calming), and on top of that, took careful steps to make sure my insurance company was reached and the cost was explained to me before we proceeded. In the past, I've been "nickle and dimed" and given extra "treatments" that made my bill skyrocket.

Dr. Piper was outstanding. He had excellent bedside manner, was attentive, and put me at ease. I felt no pain, but he took care to ask periodically how I was doing. Afterward, I asked him his name again so that I could write this review, and he promptly shook my hand and introduced himself by his first name.

On the way out, both ladies at the reception desk were busy multitasking on the phone and typing away at their computers, but they managed to be smiling the whole time. Patty checked me out, mentioned that she was the one I spoke with on the phone earlier, and wished me a happy trip to Canada.

Again, I could not ask for a better experience. My husband and I had not yet established a dentist in Wilkes County and we in fact had an appointment with a different dentist (who couldn't fit me in for emergency care) lined up the following week. We promptly cancelled that appointment and plan to reschedule with Piedmont, even though they aren't "in network". That's how great this experience was.

Dr.Piper and his team are nothing short of outstanding! Very caring and compassionate. I'm a USAF Veteran with a tough case of dental trauma and Piedmont dental is giving me part of my life back! The part where you can smile without shame. The ability to eat food with out pain. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough as to how wonderful this practice is! I get anxiety with dental visits, but the staff and Dr. Piper were very kind and patient. I have never had such a positive experience. It was my first visit. The waiting room is beautiful and welcoming. The entire place was emaculate and full of smiling faces. Would highly recommend!

when you go to a new Dentist it is always makes me nerves, But when I met Bonnie I quickly was at ease. Great experience. and Dr. Piper is very nice. The Girls at the Front are very friendly. Thanks to everyone.

We had the best best experience ever here! Dr. Piper and the entire staff here was so welcoming and nice and best of all help helped my son more than any dentist yet! Best hands down!

I had been going to this dentist office for around 5 years ever since Dr Hensley was there. He left and Dr Piper took over. Dr piper is a very nice guy, but hes really rough when pulling teeth, he pulled a Canine tooth and chipped my right Lateral tooth, now my Lateral Tooth has decayed and is infected and the infection has spread to my sinuses and they won't see me because they called at 5 pm to confirm an appointment, I didn't answer the phone because I was at Work, then called the next morning as soon as they opened to reschedule the cleaning and they wouldn't let me because I didn't give 24 hour notice. How am I supposed to give 24 hour notice when you call at 5 pm and close at 5 pm? Now I dont know what I'm going to do, I feel terrible and I'm terrified since the infection has spread and they wont see me because of the rescheduling mishap from about 2 years ago

Best experience every with a dentist. Dr. Carnaggio is the absolute best and Dr. Piper was super nice as well. All the staff are very friendly and the office is really nice and clean. Could ask for a better dentist!

The best people! I believe her name was Haley or Hannah (I forgot), but she was beyond friendly. She started a conversation with me, made me feel very welcomed.

Dr.Piper and Dr. Carnaggio are outstanding. They take the time to explain your care plan and treat you with great respect. I can not say enough about how pleased we are with them.
