Your very first impression of any doctor's office is the initial phone call. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days.
Check in was quick and easy. There was hardly any wait time before I was taken back. Everyone introduced themselves and was friendly. The doctor did a VERY thorough exam and explained every procedure that was being done. She took the time to explain her plan of action and made sure I understood the treatment.

Rosa is my hygienist, and she seems to know how to make me feel comfortable (well, as comfortable as one can be in a dentist chair).
I’m not good at brushing and flossing, and I hate going to the dentist. But somehow, I’m happy to keep coming back to have them treat my gingivitis and help me get into a routine to get my teeth healthy.
This may sound funny, but even though my insurance pays for going to the dentist every six months, I’d prefer going to Best Smile every three months. I know me, and I don’t want plaque to build up too much between visits. So, frequent visits for more preventative care is just fine with me.
What can I say… great people, great synergy, healthier teeth. I am very happy with Best Smile, and I highly recommend them!
