The absolute best dentist I've ever been to!
Always feel like home when I have a visit. As a matter of fact I was so comfortable this visit I fell asleep during filling and drilling. Most polite an personable staff .Thank you Dr.Merrill and yor staff!

Dr. Merrell is the definition of excellence. His staff is so comforting! They show you on tv screens whats going on with your teeth.They ensure you are comfortable! I had my very first root canal today and I have no pain following the procedure. The only dentist I have been to with staff so sweet from the front office to the clinical staff!

From My first phone call to this office the communication and dental care has been impressive. Early explanations from Ester of pricing were clear and straightforward. Help obtaining records was offered. My hygienist, Amanda was thorough and clear with explanations on what she was doing and why. Her assessment and cleaning were well done. Dr. Merrell was thorough and also clear with his explanations of what he was doing, why and his recommendations. The assessments were comprehensive and moderately priced. I’m glad I made the change to this office.

So incompetent! Because they waited til the day if my post periodontal appointment to tell me they stopped taking my insurance, I couldn’t get my 4 month cleaning and now I have to get the procedure done ALL over again!!

While out of town in Hendersonville, NC, I had a crown to fall out and was to speak to a group of about 125 people that night. I was referred to Dr. Merrell by my son who had been a patient while living in Hendersonville. The entire staff there was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They very graciously agreed to see me without an appointment and worked me in very quickly in order for me to make my speaking engagement two hours away. The work Dr. Merrell did on my tooth was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone and would consider him for my dentist if I lived near that location. Thanks for such a great experience.

Dr. Merrell was recommended to me by several friends. From the very beginning, I felt I was in very capable hands and over the long term of having several crowns and replaced fillings that was proven to be true. I never had pain, the results are wonderful -- front teeth that look natural and so much better! The staff are friendly and capable. I highly recommend Dr. Merrell!

Doctor Merrell and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Doctor Merrell is the one and only Dentist that I feel comfortable with. I have had so many bad experiences as a child and young adult with horrible and one of them brutal! Doctor Merrell is the one and only Dentist who I immediately respected and loved because of his soft spoken and gentle ways. He goes above and beyond to making you comfortable, explaining the procedures so that you understand everything! I highly recommend him and his staff who also are amazing. The technicians are also so wonderful and I always leave his office with a smile on my face!

I reached out to this dentist after my tooth broke. They kindly got me in within a day which I was grateful for. Reception staff were friendly and the dental assistants were also very friendly. The service itself was not quite what I was expecting. I myself have several years experience working alongside dentists so I have a great understanding of the goings on in a dentist. I was sat in the dental chair and the assistant took an x-ray and consulted me on my tooth etc. The dentist then entered in a hurry, I mentioned with being 6 months pregnant I just wanted it patched up and made comfortable until after the baby. They filed the sharpness of the tooth and told me they didn't have enough time to temporary fill the tooth and to come back for that to be done. The dentist told me it needed a root canal treatment and to be crowned. I was not consulted by the dentist at all, it was like a robotic communication telling me what he wanted to do without asking what I wanted to do in the future with it. He told me a temporary filling should see me through until at least the baby was born and I arranged an appointment to come back. On my next visit I was sat in the dentist chair again by the assistant, she spent a while looking for something at least 10 minutes and then the same dentist came in said hi and got to work the actual filling took around 5 minutes. He did not speak to me about how long it would last this time, he went ahead did it and left! I was not told about any aftercare etc. $117 later for 5 minutes work a few hours later the filling fell out. Upon calling in I was told the temporary filling wouldn't last and that they think I should go ahead and have the whole process of anesthetic and rct etc carried out! I mentioned that they should of spent the time to tell me that they felt a temporary filling would not last but no, they went ahead did it, charged $117 for 5 mins work that failed. Not happy with the dentist at all even though a pleasant person not a professional person in my eyes. I have worked with several dentists in the past and was a little shocked with how little interaction actually is made between the dentist and the patient. Not a personal experience at all very robotic get you in, get your money and get you out again. I would never go back there. On a good note the Receptionist kindly refunded half of the money back to me. Can't fault the receptionists or assistants as they were awesome. Just a personal opinion of a dentist from my point of view and past experiences.

We love Dr. Merrell so much! His entire staff is so patient (including him)! My son is very shy and on the autism spectrum and they are more than accommodating and super sweet.

I'll go anywhere again!

Payments and customer service is horrible and does not do their job. Been trying to give another dentist my exrays of my teeth and signed over 6 release forms and still have not sent my exrays. I'm very dissapointed on customer service. Keep telling me to sign release form. I'm not gonna sign another at this point. They do not know what they are doing.
