It’s always a concern when we have to go to the dentist because of a broken tooth, but all my concerns vanished the moment I entered the Sauratown Dental and was welcomed with a smile.
The first impression was excellent, not only because of the welcoming smile, but also because of the spotless surroundings, everything clean, organized, well decorated. The cleanliness of the rest room is absolutely outstanding! I’ve never been to a public restroom where I just couldn’t find any dirty spot (believe me, I know how to look for it!).
The attendant that took me to examination room was the kindest person, that talks to you in a way that makes you feel comfortable and safe.
Dr. Ryan Mehrer was kind, precise, and talked to me about my options rather than telling me what had to be done. He immediately recognized my Brazilian accent, and even shared with me some words in Portuguese, that he learned from his wife Ana, with whom I could speak in our native language - that really helped me to understand better what I needed to.
Because I don’t have a dental insurance, they charged me a fair price for the tooth extraction, that was a minor surgery that took a few minutes, with Dr. Meher and his assistant always asking me if I was ok. I wish I could remember his assistant’s name. She was literally by my side all the time, comforting and encouraging me during the anesthesia and surgery.

This was my first experience here and they were excellent! I needed an emergency visit they worked me in and took their time with me and left me feeling comfortable and knowing I had definitely found my new dentist. I would highly recommend this practice very professional, caring, thorough and thoughtful.
I’ve moved an hour away since my first visit but it’s worth the drive back for excellent care. Highly recommend this office.
