Forrest and Forrest Family Dentistry

So... the building is beautiful and impressive, and that's about the only thing. I was lured by the promise of aromatherapy and massage chairs- I was never offered aromatherapy and the chairs were so weak that I couldn't feel a thing (which totally makes sense- they can't have you jiggling around during dental procedures). This place is right around the corner from my home, so I was hoping for a more convenient place to get my dental cleanings done at.
I arrived, waited what seemed like forever and ended up being there almost two hours for a dental cleaning! This was significantly more time than I ever took with my previous dentist, even including the driving time (25 minutes each way) to the other dentist. It was horrible and there was truly no reason for it. They also found 5 cavities, which I was surprised by. I got a quote and returned about a week later to have two of them filled (and planned to get the rest on the plan of treatment they recommended). After getting them (and it taking another incredibly long time for my appointment, almost 2.5 hours total), I paid the balance of what my insurance wouldn't pay and about a month later, I received a bill. They had charged almost 30% MORE than they quoted me- thankfully, I still had my paperwork and was able to prove it- however, they'd already charged my insurance the higher amount and my dental insurance covered it at the higher amount- taking money out of my limited dental fund for the year. I lost about $100 out of it because of this mistake. They "wrote off" the rest of my amount. After this, I was turned off by their office and how they handled the issue.
The woman who answers the phone and makes appointments is wonderful and friendly, though. She was always great about finding an appointment promptly and very personable when I arrived.

At the time of my next cleaning, I made another appointment with my previous dentist and told them I'd also need some fillings (I needed at least three more, per Dr Forrest). I was surprised to find that I am cavity free! I do NOT have three more cavities, I had none! And now, over a year later, I still have none. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and expertise of this practice- as a nurse, I have no time for the long appointment waiting times or the misdiagnosis of cavities- I'll just drive a little further and continue to see the dentist I love.

Excellent. I love being greeted at the door so warmly by the staff. All the treatment I have received has been the best. Gentle and caring and thorough. The staff at Forrest and Forrest could teach a class on customer service excellence. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Always friendly. Always welcoming. They like to give you the science behind what they're doing, and I love that. They tell you what they're doing as they go along. Drs are super nice as well. The building is beautiful. Massage chairs! Always recommend.

I love Forrest Family Dentistry. My husband and I are both patients there. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They make every effort to see that you're comfortable. I think they're great!!

I had my daughter in for a routine dental check up and cleaning and I was pleased at how gentle and thorough her hygienist was with her. Dr Forrest and the staff there were very considerate of our time and very personable. I highly recommend this office!

I've relocated several times in my life. I've been to dentists in several parts of the country in my 60+ years. Dr. Forrest has gained my confidence and praise with the work he has done over the past 7 years. I've been to at least 10 different dental practices in my life and none compare to the care provided at Forrest and Forrest.
I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the GREAT staff! From my first visit years ago, I've felt at home and among close friends with everyone in the office. If you're looking for excellent dental care with people that make you feel like friends and family, then Forrest & Forrest should be your selection.

From the front desk to the clinical staff and doctors this dental office/team is AWESOME!!! Everyone does a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and also making sure I understand everything I need to know about proper care of my teeth. It feels like I am going to visit family when I go to the dentist and this speaks volumes. I highly recommend FORREST AND FORREST FAMILY DENTISTRY!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I have been a patient with Drs. Forrest for about 4 years. I found them to be very professional and the staff as well.
Very comfortable surroundings, the latest equipment, and hardly any waiting.
Let me add, the magazines are up to date, but I don't get to wait long enough to read an article.
