I met Tanja today and she made my dentist visit very comfortable. She asked me about myself and told me about herself which made me feel even more comfortable. Dr. Martinis a wonderful dentist, I’ve been seeing her since I’ve came to DOC. She is very gentle and walks me through everything that she is doing. I always have good experiences here, and they treat their patients as if they were working on their own families!

Arrived on my appt date today. This location's bldg is obvious from the road (tho a u-turn is required @ Dickerson). The administrative staff greeted me with big smiles while gathering my forms to complete. (These forms are offered via email, I just didn't access em)
Ty; my hygienist, was professional, quite fast in a good way and really sweet; we got many x-rays (panoramic and spot x-rays) in mere minutes!
Everything Ty checked the condition of my mouth and as we went along she advised solutions like, "Definitely This, and maybe That." Also, Ty was knowledgeable about my Medicaid plan and answered my concerns right away! What a relief to have an understanding that your medical team is sensitive to that spot between My Funds v. insurance coverages!
Then, Dr. Martee (sp?) joined us and a special procedure was needed that covered on a case by case basis/prior authorization is required. So an future appt was set while DOC checks in w/Medicaid.
Dr. Martee was great too-professional, compassionate!! Thanks, Dr!

I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist with a kind, reliable, friendly, and professional staff. I am insured with Medicaid and this was one of the few local orthodontists that accepted my insurance and helped me finally get approved for braces! Whenever I come in for an appointment, they always greet me with a smile and make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They provide excellent service and are good at what they do. Dr. Markey and his assistants are lovable and humerus people.
