I enjoy everything about CRGD. From the appointment reminders, to the warm personal welcome at the door, to the "Thank you for visiting us today, see you next time!" gratitude - this place is built on SERVICE with a big clean white healthy smile. Dr. Lee and team are always prompt, thorough and courteous. Tanner (CEO) does a great job of making sure customers are welcomed and comfortable. I think that is the key to their greatness; you are a valued customer, not a calendar appointment patient.

They are very thoughtful and caring. I have only been going here for one year, so only a couple of visits, but I genuinely feel like they remember me and know who I am. They are also great at dentistry as well!

After moving from out of state… not knowing where to go..I needed my crown reattached…My neighbor suggested and they got me in right away! I’m happy and will definitely return for my dental needs…. Also, office personnel was great!!!

I avoided the dentist for years, due to bad prior experiences with practices in the Raleigh area. Last year, I finally broke down and tried again with Creedmoor Road General Dentistry. What a relieving, pleasurable experience it has been. My experience with Dr. Allen and his incredible staff has been the antithesis of the demeaning, pushy & unavailable approach prior practices have taken to my dental care. Here, I feel like a patient being seen by a service provider who places me and my experience first. It is truly refreshing, and gives me hope that there are still independent, customer-conscious, professional and expedient medical practices out there in a field so plagued by consolidation & commoditization of patients.

I've been a patient in this practice for many years. They have taken excellent care of my teeth. I feel close to hygienist Michelle as she's been serving me for years. It's very helpful to have someone who regularly cleans my teeth as she can monitor changes. The ladies at the desk are wonderful and I always enjoy them and sharing information about our families. Dr. Lee is professional and has taken excellent care of my teeth.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist. I was a new/first time patient at this office and their process was super easy and not overwhelming which was my fear. Everyone was extremely friendly and they have the cutest dog walking around that gives you instant comfort! My hygienist was reassuring, nice, and overall just amazing - she was personable and truly made me feel like I was valued. The dentist was awesome and asked questions about my personal life before even diving into the teeth aspect of things, genuinely showing their care for their patients as a whole. He answered my questions honestly and with multiple recommendations. Following this visit, I have to return for additional work, and the front desk highlighted exactly what I would look to be paying and recommended what questions to ask insurance so that I would not be blind-sighted by my next visit’s bill. I would recommend this office to anyone! I can’t say enough good things.

I am terrified of dentists, I had bad experiences as a kid (no fault of my previous dentist) and have always been hesitant to go to the dentist. I told the staff about my fears and concerns and they took them to heart. The entire time I was having my teeth cleaned they regularly checked to see how I was feeling making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Allen was professional and non judgmental, he explained clearly what work I needed done and laid out a treatment plan. The pricing was reasonable with insurance and I did not feel pressured to add services or anything I did not need or was uncomfortable with.

The dog Tanner is a welcomed sight in the office and helped put me at ease as well. He is clearly a very good boy.

Just had my first visit and if you are looking for a great office in a great location with a great staff you should look no further, this is the office and dentist for you. You can tell right away when people want the best for you and that is the feeling I received. Looking forward to continue my dental care with Dr. Lee Allen and his great team!

Dr. Allen has been phenomenal to work with so far. He really put me at ease as a new patient, especially considering some major issues I was having with a few teeth. Very friendly and welcoming front office staff. It's getting harder every day to find businesses like this with a family atmosphere. The whole team has been wonderful!
