Once upon a time I would have rated this place 5 stars. But today, I learned that even if you and your family have been patients for years, if you go for a couple of years without a visit, they will not consider you a patient anymore. I called up there needing to be seen about a chipped tooth, and the lady (Alexis) I spoke to, put me on hold to check for appointments, and then came back and told me that since I hadn't been seen for 4 years, that I was no longer a patient, that I would be considered a new patient, and they were not taking new patients. So, effectively, my years of me and my children being customers there didn't matter. Alexis was very nice and apologetic so nothing bad to say about her personally, but this place only cares if you keep coming back, rather than only when you need to.
